While we understand this was ultimately for our benefit and helped set the foundation for their exceptional performance, a more guided or simplified onboarding experience would have made the process feel less overwhelming.

That said, once the onboarding was complete, their communication, organization, and results far exceeded our expectations, making the initial effort worthwhile. Streamlining this part of the process could make an already outstanding experience even better.

While a few individual employees were a pleasure to work with, none of them remained at the company for long. Their departures, often citing reasons similar to my own, highlight a concerning pattern of employee dissatisfaction and potential internal issues at KlientBoost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KlientBoost could have done differently?

My seven-year journey with KlientBoost has been a tale of two halves. Initially, their customer-centric approach and dedication to results impressed me, but over time, this focus shifted towards a robotic, task-oriented approach that seemed to prioritize internal metrics over my company's actual needs and goals. 

The final blow came when I requested a two-month pause in services due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite our long history of month-to-month agreements, they rigidly enforced a 12-month contract I was completely unaware of. Their refusal to consider even a minor compromise was shocking, especially coming from the company's Founder, whose cold response seemed solely focused on his own self-interests. 

This experience highlighted several concerning aspects of KlientBoost's operations: 

Misleading Contracts: The sudden shift to a 12-month contract without clear communication felt deceptive and exploitative. 

Lack of Flexibility: Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request from a loyal, long-term client demonstrated a disregard for building lasting relationships. 

Decline in Service Quality: The steady decrease in results that mattered to my company over the past few years and the focus on soliciting positive NPS scores instead of addressing my concerns revealed their true priorities. 

Propped-Up Reputation: The forced nature of their quarterly business reviews (QBRs) felt insincere and focused more on maintaining their image than genuinely addressing client needs. 

While I acknowledge the early positive aspects of our partnership, my recent experience has irrevocably tarnished my view of KlientBoost. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services. 

If you're seeking a marketing partner who genuinely cares about your success, values open communication, and is willing to adapt to your needs, I urge you to look elsewhere. Consider a smaller, more boutique agency that prioritizes personalized attention and results over rigid contracts and inflated reviews.

It's also worth noting that KlientBoost recently removed its Google Business Listing, where my initial review was posted. As my review highlights, their service and ethics have been in decline, which was evident in their online reviews. It leads me to believe they removed their listing as a damage control measure.

KB helped us set up our Advertisement accounts and then fully managed key word selection and advertisement optimization to ensure that dollars being spent on PPC advertisements were placed in the most optimal location to onboard vendors in our target market in need of our specific product.

We have met with multiple vendors in our target market, and have sent RFPs to a handful from these initial meetings. KlientBoost created a landing page given our target market and product characteristics, and has been able to funnel prospective customers through this landing page to meet with our team.

Our SEM efficiency has increased >70%. Klientboost (and our account manager Tony) helped us take a step back, analyze what was driving performance, and develop a simpler approach to SEM based on where we were seeing success. We now consistently hit our KPI goals on a monthly basis (something we rarely did previously).

Our new landing page has driven a 50% increase in visitor-to-signup. Tony (our account manager) helped lead customer interviews that gave us better insights on the key motivators for prospective buyers. These insights led to a revamped landing page that has seen much higher conversion rates. While less measurable, Klientboost has helped us shape the big shift in digital ad strategy we have planned next month.

Klientboost helped to identify issues with our Marketing funnel and we've worked together to revamp our approach to digital ads and drastically increase the efficiency of our spend. I believe a great agency should work with clients to implement large-scale changes like this, and not just focus on simple keyword or bidding changes.

Klientboost has delivered on everything they promised us in our initial sales call. It took 45 days for our SEM channels to completely turn-around and for us to start hitting our monthly KPI goals. Klientboost implemented a tourniquet program to help stop the bleeding from our accounts and get them set up for success.

Tony (our account manager) continues to deliver everything he promises on-time and above expectations. He has helped run customer interviews, develop new landing page copy, identify key issues with our SEM account and propose solutions, implement better tracking, and more.

Klientboost is very responsive to our needs. They send out a monthly NPS survey to gauge the satisfaction of each client and they make adjustments if necessary (it hasn't been necessary for us!). I meet with Tony on a weekly basis and we're always on the same page when it comes to major strategic initiatives.

We began our paid social strategy from scratch. Since then, we have gotten dataplor in front of thousands of new individuals with a number of campaign updates to optimize our conversion rate off of a very small budget.

The Klientboost team has excellent communication skills. They keep me updated on the progress of my campaigns through ASANA and Slack. My account manager, Estelle, is particularly outstanding. They're always on top of things, respond to my queries promptly, and genuinely care about our success. She is just as invested in the success of our ads as we are. The team has delivered everything we have requested quickly and with a willingness to assist.

We engaged with KlientBoost to manage our Google ads. The goal was to generate high quality leads that could be passed to the sales team. KlientBoost performed detailed research on our target audience and generated a search marketing strategy, including keywords and bidding strategy.
After a quick onboarding, KlientBoost got our ads back up and running. We have weekly check in calls with our account manager. After a few months we have expanded the scope of the project to include YouTube video and LinkedIn ads too.

We have quarterly goals on the number of leads to generate from ads. Since starting with KlientBoost our workable lead rate is 90%. Previously it was closer to 10% workable.
