We contracted KlientBoost to run our advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We submitted preliminary information to KB about our target market and product offering. KB then created a landing page given our selling points and ICP, which we commented on to refine.

KB helped us set up our Advertisement accounts and then fully managed key word selection and advertisement optimization to ensure that dollars being spent on PPC advertisements were placed in the most optimal location to onboard vendors in our target market in need of our specific product.

We have met with multiple vendors in our target market, and have sent RFPs to a handful from these initial meetings. Our ROI is already becoming positive, just months after signing with KlientBoost and investing dollars into advertisement campaigns. KlientBoost created a landing page given our target market and product characteristics, and has been able to funnel prospective customers through this landing page to meet with our team.

When we decided to work with KlientBoost, we wanted to be able to launch multiple offers in the market while increasing our YoY conversions and decreasing our YoY cost per conversion. They not only allowed us to launch 6-8 offers across multiple product lines, but they helped us see increased efficiencies from our advertising. 

We saw significant increases in conversions, while seeing a huge decrease in the cost of these conversions. This has help drive a continued increase in leads each year, which gives our sales team more "at-bats" to make a sale.

The start was a bit rocky as we got shifted around different account managers until we landed with a consitent one. This was not entirely KB's fault as some people simply left the company leading to a forced change in account managers.

We had been running SEM and Paid Social ads with a different agency and were unhappy with the quality of their work. This previous agency was unable to develop a coherent strategy, had issues with execution, and was not hitting our KPI goals (especially for SEM). We were looking for a new agency to come in and:

Our SEM efficiency has increased >70%. Klientboost (and our account manager Tony) helped us take a step back, analyze what was driving performance, and develop a simpler approach to SEM based on where we were seeing success. We now consistently hit our KPI goals on a monthly basis (something we rarely did previously).

Our new landing page has driven a 50% increase in visitor-to-signup. Tony (our account manager) helped lead customer interviews that gave us better insights on the key motivators for prospective buyers. These insights led to a revamped landing page that has seen much higher conversion rates. While less measurable, Klientboost has helped us shape the big shift in digital ad strategy we have planned next month.

Klientboost helped to identify issues with our Marketing funnel and we've worked together to revamp our approach to digital ads and drastically increase the efficiency of our spend. I believe a great agency should work with clients to implement large-scale changes like this, and not just focus on simple keyword or bidding changes.

Klientboost has delivered on everything they promised us in our initial sales call. It took 45 days for our SEM channels to completely turn-around and for us to start hitting our monthly KPI goals. Klientboost implemented a tourniquet program to help stop the bleeding from our accounts and get them set up for success.

Tony (our account manager) continues to deliver everything he promises on-time and above expectations. He has helped run customer interviews, develop new landing page copy, identify key issues with our SEM account and propose solutions, implement better tracking, and more.

Klientboost is very responsive to our needs. They send out a monthly NPS survey to gauge the satisfaction of each client and they make adjustments if necessary (it hasn't been necessary for us!). I meet with Tony on a weekly basis and we're always on the same page when it comes to major strategic initiatives.

Our account manager, Tony, is able to discuss higher-level strategy and chart a course for how we're going to hit our long-term goals. It's very refreshing not to discuss the nuances of bid adjustments and keyword optimizations in weekly agency meetings.

Nothing yet. Any time a minor issue or problem arises, it's been dealt with very quickly and a process has been put in place to make sure we don't experience issues in the future.
