We began our paid social strategy from scratch. Since then, we have gotten dataplor in front of thousands of new individuals with a number of campaign updates to optimize our conversion rate off of a very small budget.

The team has delivered everything we have requested quickly and with a willingness to assist.

We engaged with KlientBoost to manage our Google ads. The goal was to generate high quality leads that could be passed to the sales team. KlientBoost performed detailed research on our target audience and generated a search marketing strategy, including keywords and bidding strategy.
After a quick onboarding, KlientBoost got our ads back up and running. We have weekly check in calls with our account manager. After a few months we have expanded the scope of the project to include YouTube video and LinkedIn ads too.

We have quarterly goals on the number of leads to generate from ads. Since starting with KlientBoost our workable lead rate is 90%. Previously it was closer to 10% workable.

They managed bids, targeting and placement on both platforms, and also generated creative. The overarching goal was lead gen, by way of form submission (both direct sales contact AND download of gated content).

We were able to generate leads that were directly attributable to the campaigns KlientBoost executed on our behalf. We were able to to further qualify some of them as fully sales-qualified.

KlientBoost's customer success team was responsive, helpful and supportive. I appreciate their project management practices and found them to be generally dependable in terms of set deadlines. I always appreciated our virtual call check-ins, which eventually were held every other week.

I appreciated the work our customer success team contact did to bridge the gap between our team, their advertising team and their creative contributors in order to create compelling ad creative that fit our brief completely.

I think KlientBoost could be a little more forceful up-front with their recommendations, especially as it pertains to how expensive or difficult it is to break in with certain ad platforms (ex: LinkedIn is $$$$$, and in hindsight, I'm not sure the juice was worth the squeeze for our niche target audience).

We have a specific ROAS goal, and KlientBoost has worked hard to not only hit it but surpass it. As we reach our busy season, it's only gotten better so I am excited to see how we continue to grow with their help. 

Our account manager Elisha comes to each meeting with new ideas and plans, like new ad types, videos to try, etc. But also doesn't take up too much of our time as she knows we are busy. It's the perfect mix! They also write great copy for our ads, which saves us time too.

We engaged KlientBoost as part of our website design, which was a major Q2 project for the organization. Our primary goal was to ensure that our website design and implementation was done according to SEO best practices to avoid major traffic and lead volume decreases. Our secondary priority was assistance in defining a new keyword strategy and making on-page optimizations to improve ranking and traffic to a number of high value product pages.

KlientBoost responded to our needs consistently and thoroughly. There was never a question we asked that wasn't researched and a full response and recommendation provided. Items were delivered according to an agreed upon schedule with very few exceptions where more time was needed to properly deliver.

Their willingness to shift focus based on our needs. This project wasn't clearly defined at the beginning, and KB did a great job of morphing to our changing requirements and providing professional SEO advise and guidance throughout the duration of the project

Having a bit more access to the SEO experts would be one possible improvement area. We did have the opportunity to meet with their experts once or twice, but it would have been nice for this to happen more frequently. That being said, we understand the importance of the subject matter experts staying focused on delivering for clients. This did not have a negative impact on our experience whatsoever.
