We have a specific ROAS goal, and KlientBoost has worked hard to not only hit it but surpass it. As we reach our busy season, it's only gotten better so I am excited to see how we continue to grow with their help. 

Our account manager Elisha comes to each meeting with new ideas and plans, like new ad types, videos to try, etc. But also doesn't take up too much of our time as she knows we are busy. It's the perfect mix! They also write great copy for our ads, which saves us time too.

Our secondary priority was assistance in defining a new keyword strategy and making on-page optimizations to improve ranking and traffic to a number of high value product pages.

Their willingness to shift focus based on our needs. This project wasn't clearly defined at the beginning, and KB did a great job of morphing to our changing requirements and providing professional SEO advise and guidance throughout the duration of the project

Having a bit more access to the SEO experts would be one possible improvement area. We did have the opportunity to meet with their experts once or twice, but it would have been nice for this to happen more frequently. That being said, we understand the importance of the subject matter experts staying focused on delivering for clients. This did not have a negative impact on our experience whatsoever.

KlientBoost manages our GoogleAds instance. We have an array of campaigns with varying budget, they do everything from keywords, to audiences, to budgeting. Regarding CRO, they build landing pages and A/B test different variations. For SEO, they optimize existing content, write new content, create backlinks, and have a dev team implement technical SEO fixes like 404s and redirects.

Since partnering with KlientBoost, we've seen better CPCs and CPAs across our ad campaigns. We've also seen MUCH higher quality, higher intent leads come in. They've set us on a great path to achieving our marketing goals for the year. Additionally, the A/B testing they have done through our CRO package has provided valuable insights and helped us further hone our value proposition statements.

KB has delivered on end-to-end campaign management for Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, which included copywriting, design, deployment, reporting, and analysis. KB has also delivered on a content-focused SEO strategy, including keyword research, content calendar, and a regular cadence of fresh content.

Measurable outcomes for paid ads are actual conversions, which I can track in HubSpot as lead forms. Measurable outcomes for SEO are keyword rankings, year-over-year site traffic, and leads that I can track in HubSpot that convert via organic traffic.

The team is super responsive and has delivered everything on time. My account manager is terrific, and any technical work that needs to be completed is communicated clearly and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

We approached KlientBoost seeking methods to expand our paid social presence (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit) while meeting our revenue objectives. We needed needed a team that could help us scale effective strategies and tactics, specifically with focused on high-value B2B account-based audiences, creative content, new campaigns offers, and landing page design. 

KlientBoost is extremely efficient in how they operate as an agency. They didn't simply "manage" our paid social program and campaigns; they helped across all adjacent areas -- working closely with us on creative strategy, offer alignment, funnel optimization and on-page conversion testing. Within a few months of working with them, they successfully reduced our core KPIs like cost per MQL and opp.

Throughout this process, they continued to cut inefficient spend which helped us reduce our budget while still getting the same results so we could invest in new channels and programs.

Luckily, Edwards is a very large company so we're often able to check with other regions or business units to see if they've used a vendor. This was the case with Klientboost. They'd also done work with our Transcatheter division and that division gave them glowing reviews. We also interviewed them ourselves, of course, and that went well.

Patient marketing in the Surgical division is a new initiative. We typically focus all of our efforts on members of the medical community. So we began with a review of all of our patient facing collateral and worked with Klientboost to create more. From there Klientboost managed and continually optimized our paid and organic marketing efforts to drive traffic to and downloads of our newly created collateral.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project outcomes have frankly been astounding. Because it was an uncharted area for us, all of our traffic and download metrics are record setting.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been great. We had a slight hiccup around report-outs. Klientboost typically does 90-day report-outs on campaign progress. This wasn't communicated to us initially and we began scratching our heads around the 60-day mark. After a quick conversation we were all set though

They have great customizable real-time dashboards that keep us abreast on all of our KPIs throughout the campaign and in between dashboards. Every member of their team has proven to be capable and very technologically savvy.

Aside from the miscommunication around reporting, we haven't had any issues.

I’m the marketing manager for Summit Hosting, a cloud-based company. We do hosting for accounting software.

We needed to generate demand, drive more eyes to our website, produce leads, and ultimately increase revenue with sales conversion. I was a one-person marketing team, and this was a huge project because we solely marketed digitally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

KlientBoost does SEO, Google and Bing ads, and PPC for us. They work on Sage and QuickBooks hosting. Those are the main product lines we sell to, so the team creates campaigns to engage with those small and medium-sized accounting businesses. They’re currently doing some tests on our Google ads and fine-tuning everything so we can get better leads and drive more business.

Additionally, they’ve done a conversion rate optimization (CRO) landing page and worked on SEO on the backend of our website. They initially did an audit of the site and gave us recommendations on what we could do better. Now, they write blog posts and do a couple of web pages for us.

What is the team composition?

Our account manager is our main point of contact. Additionally, we have 7–8 team members, including an SEO specialist, someone in charge of our CRO page, and someone writing blog posts and content.

We searched on Google and interviewed a few marketing firms. We ultimately selected KlientBoost because we liked the team they set for us. We met the team members and felt they were comprehensive and engaged. They seemed tied to our success, so we thought we’d pick someone who had confidence in the work they could produce for us. Overall, they cared about our goals and felt like an extension of our team from the first interview.

We began our partnership in June 2022, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The CRO landing page is amazing; it looks better than our current website. KlientBoost initially set clear goals, but they’ve actually raised our lead count and exceeded their target. Our goal was to increase leads by 25%, but they achieved a 75% increase. They’ve driven more people and blown the milestone away.

How did KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re happy with them; they’re responsive and helpful with everything. If we’re waiting on anything, it’s usually on our end. We have an honest and open dialogue with them, and they always respond within two hours at most. They’ve also stuck to our budget, so we don’t have any complaints.

We use Asana to check what’s going on with the project every day. We also constantly communicate through email and have a Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call every two weeks to review everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve worked with other marketing firms; they always start well, but then things get stagnant. On the other hand, KlientBoost is always looking to do better the following month and keep building success. We haven’t had another marketing agency that’s active in growing new milestones and goals every month. Overall, they take ownership and act as a partner.

No, I don’t have any complaints. If we ever have something to ask them, they immediately work on it.
