Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Business Intelligence platform allow Senior Management to have better insights in various functions of the company (Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, ...) in real time. As a COO, I have Supporting figures for Supply Chain decision (ex: replenishment) and pro-active maintenance decision.

Smooth collaboration. Very good changement management led by BI consultants

Fast delivery. They offered advisory on what KPIs are to be implemented. Expertise in Business Intelligence platform. Kitameraki has also Strong Change Management capability for a smooth transition in the company
