Introduce your business and what you do there.

I own a company that provides multiple services. I have a showroom for exhibiting cars, as well as a car services business. I also have IT businesses regarding marketing and helping influencers to market their services primarily in the Middle East.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with KeywordCore?

I hired KeywordCore to help create a website for me. I had a good business idea to create a URL shortener for influencers and other marketers to use in their marketing campaigns, so I needed a website for it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

KeywordCore developed the website for me. As far as technologies, I let them use whatever they thought was best, as long as it was user-friendly. Since influencers aren’t always tech-savvy people, I wanted it to be easy for them to use, and easy for me to use as an admin user. 

Since the purpose of the platform is to help influencers market their products with elegant links and track campaigns, I asked KeywordCore to create a clear interface for users to understand where clicks are coming from and judge link performance. 

The development of the site is complete, but we’re still testing to see if there are any problems before launching. I will work with them again to market the platform itself, too.

I was in contact with the owner and a business development teammate.

How did you come to work with KeywordCore?

They were referred to me by a friend who said they have a good team of talented people and offer good prices.

How much have you invested in them?

I spent $20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from September–December 2020. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My team is testing the platform and there haven’t been any problems. I’m really happy with the product, but we haven’t started marketing it yet.

How did KeywordCore perform from a project management standpoint?

We spoke bi-weekly, which was really good for us — I have other businesses, so I’m busy most of the time and the bi-weekly calls were really enough for me. They were really responsive. If something comes up now that we’re testing the platform, they handle it for us, too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a really cool, open-minded, business-oriented team. I don’t understand the tech language, but I told them what I wanted, and they delivered as promised. I liked their approach and they were very clear on the details and the requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I suggested they add video production services, but they told me it is not their expertise. When you deliver an application, you can’t deliver it without a video explaining the product itself, but they said it is a separate service. I think adding more services, like video production, would be good. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend them to any customer that is looking for IT solutions.

I had the idea back in December 2020, contacted the keyword end of December to start working on my app in jan 2021, the app is almost finished, and im extremely satisfied with the results until now

I was in a direct contact with the digital business director, then he had assigned me a project manager that secured 1 frontend developer and 1 backend developer

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month and a half, the project is almost ready with all the features i asked for plus some new ideas was offered to me by the developers

Great effectiveness I obtained from the team, a weekly update was given to me by mail and calls were made for a bigger decision

They are extremely professional and the team attitude and spirit is absolutely great. trust worthy
