Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I hired Aman to help set up and develop the Etsy shop for Umi Haiku, my poetry and art print brand. The work included the shop setup, logo, banner, and supporting graphics, with a focus on a minimalist visual identity inspired by nature and Japanese aesthetics. I provided the original poetry, creative direction, and feedback on the designs. Our ongoing collaboration also includes coordinating updates to the brand’s social media profiles so they are consistent with the Etsy shop.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main tangible outcomes so far are the setup of the Umi Haiku Etsy shop and the creation of its logo, banner, and supporting graphics. These provide a foundation for presenting my poetry and art prints online. The collaboration is ongoing. I do not have verified sales or traffic figures to report, so my assessment focuses on the work delivered rather than measurable commercial growth.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Aman managed the project well, met the agreed deadlines, and communicated clearly throughout our collaboration. He was very responsive to my requests and open to making changes based on my feedback. I especially appreciated his willingness to refine the details to match my vision for Umi Haiku.

Working with the Keach Agency team was an absolute pleasure. We had them do our website, and it turned out great! The whole communication process was also a breeze. Even when there were some language constructions, they were always proactive in getting what we wanted done, whether it was jumping on a quick zoom call, or leaving a text or voice message, they were always professional and quick to respond.
They also created some posts for our social media page which were okay, not the best, especially because it didn't feel customized to fit our company's aesthetic. But we're still grateful for the help and support we did get from them, especially for our website. They were always open to feedback and very quick to resolve any issues we had. They are reliable and we will definitely be working with them in the future!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website was finally up and running effectively before their contact with us came to an end.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were very open to responding to our needs, anything that needed change, answering any questions we had. Never once did they say they would not be able to do something we asked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The professionalism in their communication, and their quick response in answering our questions and receiving feedback gladly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Keach Digital Agency could have done differently?

When it came to our social media page, it was the only thing I would say we weren't 100% happy with. The posts were okay, but they felt very robotic and not at all tailored to bring traction or followers to our page. The posts in itself weren't the issue, it's just the types of graphics that were created, didn't really fit our company's aesthetic goal.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We require Keach Digital Agency to provide comprehensive SEO and Social Media Marketing services to strengthen our online presence and drive measurable growth. For SEO, we are looking for a full audit of our website, including keyword research, on-page optimization (meta tags, content structure, internal linking), and technical improvements such as mobile responsiveness and site speed. We expect support with off-page SEO strategies like backlink building, local SEO, and the optimization of our Google Business Profile. Content creation for SEO, including regular blog posts and performance reporting, is also essential. On the social media side, we need a platform-specific strategy tailored to our brand, including creative content development (posts, stories, reels), monthly content calendars, and community engagement. Profile optimization and consistent brand alignment across all channels are a must. Additionally, we expect support with paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, along with detailed monthly reports that track engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance. Overall, we are seeking a data-driven, creative partner who can manage and grow our digital presence effectively.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered significant measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated progress and success. Through targeted SEO strategies, we observed a 40% increase in organic website traffic within the first three months, along with a notable improvement in keyword rankings, with several of our key search terms reaching the first page of Google. The optimization efforts also led to a reduction in bounce rate and improved average session duration. On the social media front, our platforms experienced a 65% boost in engagement, including higher likes, shares, and comments across Instagram and Facebook. We also saw a 30% increase in followers, with improved reach and visibility through curated content and well-managed ad campaigns. Paid social efforts resulted in a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and consistent lead generation for our business. The monthly performance reports provided by Keach made it easy to track progress and adjust strategies in real time, leading to better decision-making and long-term growth.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Keach Agency demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. They maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping us updated at every stage of the project. All deliverables—whether SEO reports, content calendars, or social media creatives—were provided on time and often ahead of schedule. Their team was highly responsive to our needs, quickly adapting strategies based on performance insights or changes in our business goals. We appreciated their proactive approach to problem-solving and how they provided regular check-ins and monthly performance reviews. Overall, their organized workflow, accountability, and responsiveness gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the partnership.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Keach Agency was their ability to combine creative excellence with data-driven strategy. Unlike many agencies that focus solely on content or metrics, Keach delivered both — visually compelling social media campaigns backed by real performance insights and strong SEO execution. Their team showed a deep understanding of our industry and proactively offered solutions we hadn’t even considered, including multi-channel marketing strategies that fit within our budget. Their speed, flexibility, and genuine commitment to our success truly set them apart. It felt like working with a dedicated partner rather than just a service provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Keach Digital Agency could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with Keach Digital Agency was excellent. They delivered high-quality work, met deadlines consistently, and demonstrated a clear understanding of our goals. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the onboarding process. A more structured kickoff, with clearly defined timelines and deliverables from the outset, could help streamline communication and set expectations even more effectively. That said, the team was always responsive and quick to adapt whenever feedback was provided. Their willingness to listen, adjust, and improve made the collaboration smooth and productive throughout.
