My goal for this project was to help people during COVID-19 with every service they want. I only had idea of having an app like Swiggy and this is what I said to Jploft. The Project Manager understood my point and provided me more of what I wanted.

The complete project was managed using the Trello Platform. I wanted the website. Each and everything was discussed in detail with Project Manager and as per the discussion, the company provided us with the updates within the timeline.

Every detail of the project updated on a regular basis and I had information of each and every little thing. All the team members were professional and had knowledge of technologies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Smart Work, Management, Professionalism, honest, and apart from this, they were always available and provided the dedicated resources which showcased their dedication towards my work.

The customization is impressive. They made the solutions do exactly what I want them to do and were patient when addressing corrections. There were things that I told them to do in the beginning, and I had to backtrack and say I wanted it done differently and they were able to accommodate all of that without difficulty. They did exactly what I wanted. The most impressive thing about them is their ability to adjust to me.

Whatever issues occur, JPLoft takes immediate action and helps us. We are satisfied with the service they provide. We just signed on for another year of maintenance.

Jploft Solutions Pvt Ltd built a system, which allows us to create different profiles for different companies. Since several clients use the same system, we generate a different URL for each one. Within the web platform, various documents are available and assigned to certain members of staff. Then, there’s an assessment attributed to specific documents. Afterward, we can check that employees have read the content and track the amount of time a staff member spent on the assessment in addition to how many questions they got right or wrong. Basically, it delivers training packages.
