The app also notifies our drivers about bookings immediately. One of the coolest features is the QR code ticketing system. It makes boarding super smooth for everyone. The app has notifications to remind users of their trips.

After explaining our processes, they came back with wireframes for the app. The initial designs were good, but we went through several revisions to align them with the specifics of our industry. Once we finalized the wireframes, they started on the app screens.  

We worked closely with their team to refine the look and feel of the screens, and they were super responsive to feedback and brought in some solid ideas of their own. While their developers got to work, we noticed how clean their code was; even though there were a few bugs, those got resolved pretty fast. By the time we hit our launch date, we had a functional, user-friendly app with all the key features we’d envisioned.
