Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I listed all the areas that needed to be fixed and improved, and the JPLoft team rebuilt my Android and iOS apps completely. They did not stop there but went beyond what we required, fixed all the technical issues, and reviewed the code we gave them using Flutter. They suggested some features regarding payment functions and security, which we found great and added. We're currently proposing to work on other projects we have. They have taken them as our technical department and in-house partner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now at the spot of submitting our app to the stores for download and use. We will be waiting to have our users' feedback. However, what we have got and tested on our end is better than what our previous developer did. That JPLoft could even agree to work on our existing code was amazing because hardly any developers would want to work on existing codes. They saved us from writing from scratch.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their management was efficient and transparent. We used tools like Jira to monitor our progress and track tasks. They ensured they sent us weekly reports, sending us breakdowns of what they were spending their time on and how far they had gone.  They were always on schedule, and always on time, and this made us feel safer with them. We connected via email and Slack and got on a call whenever we needed something with more clarity and urgency.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are not just tech expert. They work and love what they do and have the interests of their clients at heart. It was clear they enjoyed working on our project and their passion showed in what they built for us. They are always available whenever I need them which isn't so in all industries.

Are there any areas for improvement or something JPLoft could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. They have been amazing to work with.

The project manager was amazing, patient, and flexible with us. I must admit that scheduling meetings on our end was not that easy because my team always has tight schedules but JPLoft managed our timelines and always tried to fix meetings whenever we were less unavailable.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Mukul with JPLoft was very responsive to inquiries, concerns, requests, and even to some extent changes in plans. Items were delivered in a timely manner and he was very good about implementing my requirements and changes as needed. The initial scoping meeting was very helpful to ensure we were all on the same page and that JPLoft could implement what I envisioned for the site.

What was your primary form of communication with JPLoft?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their fast turn-around and especially their responsiveness to my feedback and requests. Even though we were working with an approximate 12-hour time difference, they were willing to schedule meetings at a time that worked well for me. I think we both became more comfortable in understanding the requirements on both ends (technical and project vision). We were also able to figure out optimal times for meeting on the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something JPLoft could have done differently?

As this was my first attempt at implementing a project like this, I must admit I did not have the procedural knowledge necessary at the beginning of the project. This led to a few miscommunications, which I take responsibility for. The JPLoft team worked with me on bringing me up to speed and helping me understand the stages and industry standard practices for a project like this.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
JPLoft is a great company to work with. I found it helpful to send them a scoping document at the beginning of the process to have all of the project requirements listed in detail.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

JP Loft was tasked with taking a concept for a mobile dating app, designing it, developing it, and testing it.  The concept evolved over time into a very robust, full-featured dating app.  In addition, I asked them to act as product managers, developing new, functional product ideas that would set TruuBlue apart from the competition.  We also decided to add AI functionality near the end of the development cycle, which further set TruuBlue apart from its competition.

The TruuBlue app was delivered on time and released in June 2024 in Colorado.  JPLoft supported the release and made quick fixes as needed.  I continue to use JPLoft to add features and functionality as required.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The TruuBlue app is full-featured and delivered on time. When we went live, there were a few glitches, but we fixed those very quickly, and the app is now solid. The TruuBlue app has been well-received by users since its release and has doubled in membership in four months.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

JPLoft is very well organized and uses tools to track changes, issues, upgrades, etc. All people involved in the app's design and development are engaged in the tracking system, which works well.

Most updates were delivered on time. However, certain features and functionality were added by management during the development process, which clearly caused delays. JPLoft's most important attribute is its ability to respond to requests quickly throughout the process.

We had an old e-commerce site for our primary brand that was obsolete because it was built using Magento 1. JPLoft stepped in to assist us redesign and convert our site to a Magento 2-based platform, with an emphasis on the user experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their efforts have increased our B2C sales – our new e-commerce site saw a 400% increase in site traffic, and we continue to see progressive growth month after month. Overall, we are very delighted with what JPLoft has been providing.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our major aim was to upgrade our app's codebase to meet current industry standards. We sent JPLoft our source code and design materials, and they did a thorough code review. They created a thorough analysis indicating missing features and an optimization report outlining essential revisions to match the most recent market requirements. JPLoft then offered us the option of modifying the existing app or building on what had previously been accomplished.

Currently, we continue to work with JPLoft. We are in the process of revamping the app to improve its market visibility and value. JPLoft helps us with everything from code refactoring to the creation and optimization of new features. Furthermore, we have employed their marketing services to meet our promotional demands.
