JSP has helped us build a stable and reliable system all from a few ideas. The management team helped us solve for problems that we couldn't do on our own. Prior to JSP, we were demonstration the "what if" scenario to clients. We were selling reports that we created manually. Volodya, Serhiy, Olesia and the rest of the team have been phenomenal in helping us build a system that stands the test of time. I couldn't have asked for a better vendor/partner to work with.

We set up staging environments, JIRA reporting systems, BitBucket to QA processes. From mock-ups to daily sync-up meetings to answer questions about requirements, the outcomes were measured by sales. The system developed just worked.

Daily sync ups everyday was the most helpful. Ability to uncover issues helped that I didn't realize about. This really depends on the developer but that's why JSP is different.They vet their developers and by the time they're on a project, they have the skillsets needed to perform their assigned tasks.

Their ability to be understanding of client problems and needs. Their flexibility and the culture of the company are what truly separated JetSoftPro from other offshore custom development ventures. There are tons of other development shops but if you want a scalable and personalized experience, JetSoftPro is the choice for your company.

Every company can improve. JSP is receptive to feedback. That said, if I had to come up with an area for suggested improvement? My only recommendation would be when there are developer changes, the hand off process should be smoother in terms of documentations.

A scrum team of 15 people is working on the project. The team works in an agile development environment with multiple iterations of our service. The front end is built in react using material UI as a UI framework. The backend side has a different server-side application.

My client is a CPA that works with dentist offices, and he built an application to help dentists manage their business. The first version of the application used a Microsoft .NET C# application to pull data from the most common dental practice management software and push it to an online Microsoft SQL Server via a WSEServices application running in the Azure cloud. The data is then downloaded by my client via another C# application that pushes the data into a Microsoft Excel workbook which contains very detailed formulas and Visual Basic code to create a series of unique graphs and charts inside of Excel, which can then be manipulated by my client or the dentist office owner at their discretion. The original application was used to download and process data once a month and was mostly analyzing historical data. The client desired a cloud-based application which could download and process data near real time and then display the report results through an online application. The cloud-based application allowed us to develop more complex daily metrics, appointment management tools, and forward-looking projections. The new application architecture is built around Spark, Kubernetes, Akka, Cassandra, Kafka, Play, Flyway, Slick and Angular. The application now has 20 different user roles and three different license levels to allow my client to sell the application and meet a wide range of customer needs. There are numerous unique settings that the client and users can customize in the application that modify how metrics are calculated. The online application was also built with mobile device access in mind. The company I work for was hired by my client to build a team that could create a cloud-based application. My company internally developed and maintained development, testing, staging and production environments and utilizes GitLab for a team of 12 developers spanning 13 hours of time zones. As the project manager on the project for the last four years I am responsible for managing the work backlog in Redmine, interpreting, and clarifying client requirements and overseeing the hiring of team members.

We discovered them through a web search and once we started talking with the sales rep we knew they were a great fit. We needed a solution that would be easy to work with and be a cost effective solution for our needs.

The developers would internally review each other’s code and then also have the code tested by an independent QA person. The project team has both resources located in the United States and in Europe. Our sysadmin, project manager, and client are in the United States. In Europe we have 2 front-end developers, 2 backend developers, 2 database designers, 1 C# developer, 3 big-data developers, and 1 QA person. We used Jetsoftpro developers to fill 2 backend positions and 1 big data position. The next time I have to expand the team I will be adding another JetsoftPro resource.

JetsoftPro began working on the project while it was still in the planning phase, and they were instrumental in getting us to a product that is live in production. My client is actively selling the product and new users are being added all the time. JetsoftPro helped us get the product launched successfully.

JetsoftPro has great internal project management controls and if your project needs project management support then they can do that. Their developers can also work directly with your own project manager like they did on my project. JetsoftPro is very organized, and it is easy to work with them.

I have been working with JetsoftPro since before Covid and I still work with them today. I have been thoroughly impressed with how well the developers and the JetsoftPro company have handled the recent stresses in the world. The most impressive thing about JetsoftPro is they have kept charging forward through it all and I have not felt any drop in productivity. They can handle whatever you have on your risk management matrix.

The JetsoftPro developers work hard, develop great code, communicate effectively, work well with outside team members, are flexible and they are just a joy to have on a team. The JetsoftPro company produces accurate, timely invoices and the management is an absolute pleasure to work with to get your project organized. I could not ask for a better experience so no, there are no areas to improve.

We hired them to develop some of our back-end architecture on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SNS, RDS, etc.). They went beyond these original goals and even helped us with other aspect related to Shopify integration, auth, and even Flutter development.

I looked at several vendors. The conversations I had with JSP convinced me the could do it and had excellent customer service. Biggest deciding factor was the ability to leverage the part-time expertise of any of their engineers. Some aspects of what we were building had never been done before.

Main steps were develop key integrations, build those into back-end functionalities, then tie them together to enable some of our core tech on the back end. The deliverables were of course several codebases, and the fact that this code is deployed and working now on AWS.

We worked most consistently with 4 people, but also benefitted numerous times from the expertise of several others. Approximately 9 people total helped with this project.

The project manager was essential. She multiplied the effectiveness of everyone on their team. Several times we had to add a new capability that wasn't straightforward.

The project manager found the necessary expertise in their network and seamlessly involved them as needed. Everything was so simple from our perspective.

Daily stand-ups with review of progress of tickets. Progress was very consistent. Each day we overcame blockers. Often they demo'd new functionalities. We used Jira in the Kanban format.
