It wasn’t a narrow engagement. JetRuby came in and took ownership of a big chunk of our backend environment. They migrated us to a cloud setup that could breathe under pressure, automated our deployment process (which had way too many manual steps), set up proactive monitoring, and also layered in security protections we didn’t even know we were missing. They even helped standardize some of our dev tools and internal ops flows. The deliverables weren’t just technical there was a visible shift in how our team could focus again, knowing the infrastructure wouldn’t fall apart on a Tuesday morning.

From there, they collaborated with us on UI/UX enhancements and proceeded to build both the frontend and backend of the platform. Key deliverables included a responsive web application with user account creation, calendar integrations, real-time notifications, and a custom analytics dashboard. They also set up our CI/CD pipeline, configured staging and production environments, and handled the initial deployment. The final phase included QA testing and post-launch support.
