20 different must have features that I needed in my web app: everything from basic app functionality, to Strip integration, landing page, admin page, back end logic on how to manage users etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I provide a full list of features that I have, and keep a few open ended items since they need to be workshopped between me and the team for the best solution. Based on the list of features I want, the team and I discuss how to best split them into logical phases so we can develop multiple iterations of the product in a way that fits my budget, fits their timeline and we both agree on. 

Handover is when all the features agreed for each phase of development are delivered (in this case, UI/UX phase 1, Front end development phase 2 and backend phase 3).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Overall yes, happy with the timeline. We're both flexible. I am happy to give them more time for development, they are happy when I ask for new smaller features to compliment the main ones. I think it's a good professional relationship we're we both understand some things take time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really try to problem solve for the best solutions. Being a non-technical startup founder, I know what I want in terms of customer features based on what I used in the past. But there are better ways to do things that I am unaware, the team is happy to suggest better ways to solve the problems I am trying to solve, and I appreciate that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Jetnetix Solutions could have done differently?

I suggested they start using AI tools to help speed up development, they said they will consider it. But up to them really.

Jetnesix developed the entire Webapp for me from scratch. After a meeting with their team, they immediately understood what I needed. They started by presenting the design to me after a few weeks. After validation, FONTHEND's work could begin. As the weeks went by and with their questions and meetings, they were able to refine the Webapp and then start the backhend. For each feature requested they explained to me how they were going to proceed and did tests with me. As soon as a game was over, he presented it to me so that we could validate it together.

Jetnetix has a very efficient and organized team. They warned me of the duration of the project and each week would be devoted to which part of the development. If there was a slight delay, I was warned in advance. I was aware of each step and the duration.
