Was recommended consultant I worked on with another project, and reviewing their other work and quickness in delivery.

We had a kick off meeting to agree our scope, and then we provided general outlines for site design and content that we wanted to include (text and images), and then Jeel Techsoft provided us with 3 preliminary concepts, and then when we chose it they implemented it within around 2 weeks and then after feedback made changes within a few days for our developers to impement.

One, we interacted with project manager who coordinated everyone else and direct contact with other team members was not neccesary.

Our stakeholders liked the designs and were very happy with their turnaround times.

Speed of delivery and openness to changes in our requests, they are very easy to work with. After the majority of the work was complete and we had some changes identified they are accommodating to make those minor changes without requiring additional payment etc.

I am the founder and CEO of Clothing Click. I had come up with the app idea to have a platform where users can buy, sell, and trade clothing and fashion accessories with users in their community. A platform where people can make money by selling the clothes they don't wear anymore and saving money buying other people's used clothes.

I selected Jeel soft tech because it was recommended to me by a very trusted app-creating company in my city. I decided to use Jeel Softtech because of the price they quoted me for development, the care and time they spent with me discussing the development, and the trust they had built with the company that referred them to me.

I had the app created and mapped out in adobe xd, they created everything else. They created a flawlessly smooth app and backend admin. I Do not have any IT background, Jeel was very accommodating with my lack of knowledge.

I kept in contact with Maulik, Snehal, and Rishi via email and skype. They all were great to work with as they responded very well even being in a completely opposite time zone. Also, they would explain stuff to me if I did not understand which was really appreciated.

I wanted an app that solved all the problems I outlined and Jeel Techsoft completed those by creating an application that is fast and crash/bug-free.

Jeel Techsoft Gave me an initial quoted price and timeline, and I accepted. milestones and updates were communicated back to me via email and skype. when the app was in the testing phase we went back and forth on skype daily as I tested on test flight and relayed errors and bugs back via skype and the bugs were fixed until I had a flawless running app.

I have no IT knowledge and this was my first business venture as well, I'm so thankful for Jeel Techsoft not taking advantage of me as they easily could have. very trustworthy team with good communication.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I knew going into this venture with Jeel soft tech that the development would take longer than it would if I were to have it created in Canada. It did take longer to have it created than I anticipated but for the price, trust, and communication given it was worth every penny to me.
I'm beyond happy to have my app on both app stores running flawlessly, so I'm a very happy customer. Also as this was my first business venture I made mistakes, Maulik and his team were very accommodating to my newness to the app and business world.
