They help me source/create content along with adding captions, hashtags, and scheduling appropriately for each client's needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was in desperate need of help and they reach out to me at the right time. I chatted with them, had an interview and started with one of their contractors right away. I now have two team members in total.

It is an ongoing social media management project. Content is always changing but their roles remain very similar.

Two team members and Marco primarily organizes, manages, schedules and designs content, while Maria steps in to help source/design content as she can and as needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It has allowed me to focus on other avenues of my business and freeing up my time for some of my larger, more demanding clients. It has also allowed us to have consistent content schedules and typically plan ahead.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really effective. It pretty much runs on auto-pilot now. They are continually sourcing content and I add in client requests as they come in. After they are added to our scheduler I jump in weekly to approve everything and the cycle continues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was super quick and easy to get started. They are are quick to respond and both my team members are great. They respond well to any changes I need and adjust when needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.

We hired iWorker to help us find talent to create digital media files for our social media platforms.

How did you select iWorker and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for designers that have skills in graphic design using professional software such as Adobe Illustrator and we needed someone to with video creation expertise. Cost and quality of work were our two most important deciding factors.

We explained our needs to iWorker and they set us up right away with a few candidates to interview. We interviewed three of them and received copies of their work samples. We decided on the third candidate who had the skills we desired, had good quality work samples, and we also liked his attention to detail and his maturity.

We had a main contact from iWorker who was very responsive from the get-go. He then set us up with candidates to interview.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

iWorker is very efficient and takes the time to answer questions, they send contract documents right away, and we were set up in no time. As for our contract worker, he has been very organized, communicative, and even asks for feedback on how he can do better and he follows through with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective on both sides. Our iWorker contact is responsive as offered guidance when I needed it. Our contract worker set us up to communicate and deliver work products with a software I had never heard of, but now that we are using it, it makes our project rum smoothly and we can exchange our updates, questions, deliverables, etc. through it seamlessly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I didn't have to jump through hoops to get someone to talk with me, I got responses very quickly, and they even reach out to see if I need anything and have also offered ways to help streamline my back-end processes with them, which I declined because it wasn't what I needed at the time, but still appreciated. I feel like a valued and true client with iWorker and not just a number.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of at this time. They seem to have streamlined their processes very well.

The results have been tremendous. I've been able to reach a wider audience, attract more clients, and scale my time.

The workflow is extremely effective because iWorker's team is incredibly responsive. They are updating our tracking sheet daily and providing weekly updates.

There's nothing they can't do. I've thrown a bunch of stuff at them and they've handled it all without missing a beat. I'm really impressed.

Nothing. It's a genuine pleasure working with them.

How did you select iWorker?

iWorker reached out to me via LinkedIn. After working with several other VAs prior to this that did not ultimately work out, I was a bit worried about hiring another one. However, iWorker had a collection of bios and individuals to interview, so I was able to select someone who was a good fit for my organization and someone that I felt that I personally could get along with.

As soon as my assistant was hired, he came in hard charging, helping to get me better organized and also, he helped me to catch up on tasks that I was behind in. From research to learning new tools, my assistant is always up for the task and provides immense value to my team.

We've been working with one individual from iWorker, but are currently seeking a second from their company once the individual has availability.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the last six months of working together, my assistant has made it possible for me to focus on other tasks such as lead generation to which our company has been able to experience some rapid growth as a result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

My assistant communicates through Skype - as I requested - and must have it loaded on his phone as whenever I message, he almost immediately messages back. His work hours are flexible, and rightly so, to enable a healthy work life balance. The company he works for has always had great communication, typically following up to any of my emails within a matter of hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This company has a collection of bios on file and allow you to interview the ideal candidate. They won't pressure you to pick from the first batch of bios/candidates that they send you and understand that if someone isn't a good fit, then you'll likely not be a long term customer so strive to find the right individual for you/your company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Vetting some of the credentials of their job candidates a bit more. I interviewed one candidate who was supposedly knowledgeable in one particular area, but they didn't seem to understand the basic level. However, that's the beauty of interviewing - it helps you to find the best match for your organization.

Specifically, we engage with the head of iWorker (Enrique). Enrique is prompt, responsive, listens to our needs, and makes sure that we're always taken care of. We've come to view him as a valuable resource.

Fantastic workflow. The company always has an "answer" to our "question" (which is usually a need for a vetted candidate. We really enjoy working with iWorker.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness. They always seem to have great candidates lined up. They did all of the hard work on the back end and made everything look easy to us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe more outbound communication - e.g. regular newsletters or emails. Also, possibly include some information on their vetting process. Any improvements would be on top of an already great service.

Our VP has drastically reduced her stress level and is much more productive ever since our worker came along.

The social impact they're having in Venezuela. They're helping bring more than capable people rise up out of poverty that has been brought on by a tyrannical government.

We need a bunch of social media help with graphic design and content creation for a few clients of ours. Our current team which is small was a bit overwhelmed so we wanted to try out a VA service. We liked the mission of iWorker so we thought we would give them a spin.

We hired two people to help with social media from Venezuela, one a graphic designer and the other who was a bit less advanced with the graphic design but who had content creation and marketing skills.

Happy with the results. Both Andrea and Diego have been lovely to work with and have helped us out a lot in delivering results for our clients.

I like the social mission. I was in Latin America myself a number of years back and value what iWorker is trying to do. The quality of the workers has been great for us too so it has made sense to use them.

Jorge was awesome! Hard worker, friendly, and with a proactive disposition. He single handedly managed our helpdesk for about 10 months until we restructured.
