Once Infotech took over the project it was done very fast. The design and professional advice also the customer care and communication were amazing.

I have received a phone call and they explain their services with some samples.

I have had dealings with other developers for different projects but working with most of them was always a struggle. Ivan Infotech's portfolio impressed me, so we started talking and everything has worked well since that time.

They designed and developed the new site from scratch with the help of regular consultation by email and phone. I was a bit slow to commit in the early stages but as we got to know each other better, the project started to grow. They build on my original ideas and introduced many good features. Throughout the engagement they have been hard-working, professional and innovative. The project is shortly reaching completion.

Website designer, website developer, project manager, business analyst and accounts manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The project is currently in the final stages of development so the full impact is not yet known. What I can say is that there is no way I could have got this far without the services of Ivan Infotech, I am optimistic that the new site will deliver and that this will grow into a long-term working relationship

Project management was conducted entirely via email and phone, since there was no opportunity for face to face meetings. Throughout, I was kept fully informed and fully involved and this was all done at a pace with which I could cope. It was completely effective.

Technical skills, open communications, great customer relationship, good value for money, overall professionalism.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Face to face would undoubtedly have been an advantage, but that was not possible, so given the circumstances, I cannot think of any way this could have been done better.
