My web page hadn’t been updated in years. I wanted a simple web presence with a more creatIve, less corporate spin.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

ITSUA successfully handled a much more complex project for a client, so the team came highly recommended.

We discussed price and my ideas, as well as design likes and dislikes. We worked through a few prototypes that the team created very quickly and the narrowed down from there. The team was patient with my tweaks.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with one primary contact, but a designer was in cc on much of the correspondence..

I am pleased with the design aesthetic achieved.

Communication was very easy. Their team lead is pleasant and absolutely fluent in English.

It was a pleasure working with them, and their speed of work and flexibility were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I am satisfied.

We defined the design with our graphic designer and then put it into practice. During the implementation, individual themes were adapted and subsequently further developed after going life.

The site traffic has heavely increased since the lounch. and we have a cool page with some very nice tools

Sometimes it went back and forth, as is always the case in an IT project. But it was always very constructive and positive!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's empathy and personality are impressive in the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Of course, you always have to judge the performance, whether you like the result or not. I think weekly calls between those responsible make sense.

Development of several projects of different complexity from small website based on a CMS to a custom application with complex inner logic written in Laravel & Vue js. Goal: Building of a controlling system for an international recruiting process.

I have known the provider for over 10 years. Based on the very good experience, we work with him and have no reason to consider any other provider.
