In conjunction with establishing a new office, we hired ITAdOn IT Solutions for consultation for the appropriate computer hardware\server system for our size practice and for the installation of the server, its interfacing with our desktop stations and other related training and information

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

through an online search for IT professionals in our metro-area, ITAdOn IT Solutions immediately stood out for their promptness to return our call. This in itself stood out especially when many vendors never returned call or did so many days later.

After our initial phone meeting with ITAdOn IT Solutions to discuss our needs and expectations, they prepared the architecture of our IT system's design and hardware recommendation list along with links to vendors to complete the purchase, along with their service fees to install and set up our system - which was very much within our planned budget for this project

The CTO was the primary contact throughout this project but there were two or three other professionals involved along the way

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our system is relatively basic in the scheme of IT systems, and the proof of its success for us is that its been functioning well, without issues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was stress free and readily available as needed either by email, phone or zoom. They expressed a constant desire to ensure we understood the various nuances about this project especially when IT services can be quite technical to understand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This project, which would normally be completed within a month or so, was elongated over a year due to issues only related to our Firm's new office set up, however, despite our circumstances, the CTO (Abu Nahian) was consistent to follow up every few months about on our situation and to let us know ITAdOn IT Solutions will be available when we are ready to complete the final steps for this project.

This in itself was above and beyond and what I found to be the most impressive about this company - They Care!

Spot on. ITAdOn proved many times that their company's paramount traits are communication and our acknowledgement of the complete satisfaction of their services

I work for a Financial Services Firm and am an operation coordinator.

For what projects/services did your company hire ITAdOn?

We hired them to come out and help clean up our disaster of cords, wires, equipment, etc. that we had going on. We also hired them to give us solutions to better manage our technology, and improve our internet/wifi connection.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Abu on Upwork. The main deciding factor for choosing Abu and his team was the way they laid everything out on the table for us. They came up with a plan, showed it to us, and ultimately executed it. They listened to our concerns, and never once made us feel stupid or inferior when it came to the tech stuff!

They came in to each location (we have three total), and totally revamped what our server rooms looked like. They were able to eliminate 95% of the mess of cords, which we had no idea what most of them were for. They also installed some new equipment, which gives us the ability to manage our network and better troubleshoot devices should we need to. Our internet hasn't had any issues since the install, and has been 100% better than it was before. They also looked into different things we could cancel/change with our ISPs to save money. Not only was this project helpful for our internet quality, but it was also cost-effective!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The proof is in the pudding, and that would be our internet speed and quality. As previously mentioned, we haven't had a single issue since the project. Our internet speed, both wired and on wifi, is notably faster than it previously was.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The flow between our teams was extremely effective. It truly is a group effort - we made sure we got them all the info they needed in a timely manner so they were able to best assist us. They were extremely responsive throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most impressive thing was their consistency in following up to make sure everything was running smoothly. We ran into several issues with our printer not connecting after the change. Abu and his team took the time to work with us and our vendor to make sure we were up and running in a timely manner. Never once were we told "we don't handle this, reach out to someone else." They were always willing to take on whatever challenge we were facing and make it their own!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I truly don't have anything I think they can improve on at this time. Any tech transition can be a nightmare - Abu and his team really made this as seamless and smooth as I think it could've possibly gone.

We wanted to have a dedicated cPanel environment to manage our website.

ITAdOn set everything up for us. We owned reseller hosting, and they told us how to use it to set up, configure, and use cPanel.

I did a Google search for IT support and saw their reviews, poster, and flyer, and I gave them a call. Their price was very affordable, and their communication skills were very good. I also liked how they asked for payment after the job was done, so if they didn’t do the job, then they wouldn’t take the money. They were very friendly.

We worked together from February–March 2021.

The cPanel server is performing very well, with good load balancing. We were on different hosting before but now we’re pleased. Our website has been successful, and our bandwidth is in a great place.

Project management was perfect. They met deadlines, and their communication was great. We used phone, email, and text messaging. They gave us a status update on a daily basis.
