Our company deals with turnkey car pickup as well as picking up cars from other countries. It is very important for us to have a strong presence on the internet. The website is very important as it is our business card, which is where getting to know us begins. IT Hunter team fulfilled all our wishes and realized all our ideas on website creation. And at the final stage of development the guys suggested to make a calculator for instant calculation of import taxes and shipping costs.
We thought it was a very cool idea and realized that it would be very convenient for our clients. We started working on the site not too long ago, but have already had a ton of positive feedback from customers that it's an incredibly handy calculator for calculating costs. We are grateful for such a great idea. It characterizes them as professionals in their field and shows that they don't do every project on a template, but dive deep into each project individually and are willing to come up with such great ideas.

We want to share our fantastic experience working with IT Hunter, the agency that created our website. Initially, our business conducted sales exclusively through Instagram, which was effective at a certain stage. However, over time, our product range significantly expanded, and we felt the need to make shopping more convenient for our customers.

I had no idea what the website should look like. I turned to IT Hunter to have them completely create a site for me, including content, product additions, and design. They presented me with design layouts and an idea of how the site would look. At that moment, I felt my dream was about to become a reality. It was exactly what I had envisioned.

Initially our business was an offline shop and we didn't want any online shops as we didn't understand anything about it and we had a good income, our own regular customers and we always had a growing audience of animal lovers. But with the advent of the pandemic we started to think seriously about selling online. 
Our final decision was to go online after we realized that we were only working with our regular customers and we were not getting any new customers. The first thing we needed was a new website for our shop, which evolved from our existing sales business. 
Our aim was to expand our brand through the website and find a new audience by offering potential customers more information, discounts, promotions and lots of different products and a larger range. To do this we turned to the professionals in the business at IT Hunter Agency.

We started relatively recently and now it is too early to talk about the result. But even now we like the site very much and all the products are loaded and after the launch we already have customers who order online although a month ago they went to our offline shop. I could call or email them at any time and they would give me feedback or respond quickly, within hours. Since our job was to build a website, they taught me how to make basic changes to WordPress. 
As I have an online shop, the range changes very often and a lot of new products are added and you need to change or add products very quickly, this is extremely important. Even if I have questions now and want to make changes, they don't charge me for my time.

Now my company plans to enter the global market and work with foreign partners for this I needed a new website. I also wanted a very memorable but minimalistic site design. I was recommended to turn to the agency IT Hunter. But I considered other agencies for cooperation. Before starting work, I asked each agency to provide a description of the design and how they see the design. 

Most of all I liked the design of It Hunter - it was as if we had the same thoughts on two. And we started to talk about the project and cooperate more thoroughly. I really like the website they presented to me. I approached an agency to write a web site and develop an interesting design for the web site and adding products to the site and structuring the products for a CRM system as well as setting up an advert. Tested the adverts and the bid came out to less than one pound. 

I really like the design they have done everything just as I wanted it all minimalistic and minimalist and nothing too much. We have been using the site for a couple of months now and people are ordering more through the site rather than calling on the phone. Because the functionality of the site has become really convenient and has relieved the managers' workload

I wanted the website to be the main place where orders come from and after the order is placed the manager already confirms the payment. Now we have reached this plan and are striving to ensure that all orders come from the website only. I am very pleased with the results of the website and advertising. 

In a day approximately we can be a minimum of 15 orders as before the creation of the site this figure was up to 5 pieces per day. But in the agency when we agreed on advertising optimization they promised that the result should be from 20 orders.
