IT-Geeks has helped us with several jobs. The first job was when we had a problem with a color changer on our products. In just a few days, they presented the solution, implemented it. They always go through the assignment and tell you how it is designed and how to navigate it.

You always have a contact person, then of course there is a team behind the person.

Everything IT-Geeks has done has increased our profitability. With the help of IT geeks, we have been able to make changes to make the customer's buying experience easier.

How quick they are to solve a problem. A problem that you yourself think is a big problem is no problem for IT geeks. All tasks have been carried out with great professionalism.

Our Shopify store was running a very old framework and the site was slow in general.

We found IT Geeks on Shopify expert page and they gave us a detailed slideshow of what they were able to do if we went with them. They also communicate amazingly and always get back to me very quickly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the new site went up we have seen all the designs we wanted being used and working correctly. As well as our bounce rate has dropped down to just 2%.

IT Geeks uses Basecamp to communicate when doing projects, which I love. Tom was always very responsive and always was able to understand our vision for the site. He and his team were able to get the project done in less time than we had predicted.

I found that they were able to code in any design that we wanted even if it was a complex design they always did an amazing job and they did it very quickly.

Nothing. They did everything we need them to do.

I selected them because of their price point and I was impressed with the reviews. I am a start-up company and did not have $15k to spend.

I am in the process of re-branding my candle line and I needed for my website to reflect those changes as well. The first step was our initial phone call where we discussed my ideas and what I was looking to accomplish. Next, I was assigned a project manager who was responsible for bringing my ideas to life. Then we discussed my goals and began planning.

We used the Basecamp app to communicate ideas and keep track of files and requests. When my requests were received they were acknowledged and executed. If clarification was needed, Rob asked and I gave additional input. Mid-way through the project we had a zoom call to discuss our progress, and then work continued based on my specifications. Once my final requests were completed, Rob asked me to go through the site once again and see if there was anything else that needed to be adjusted. We then tested the checkout process and functionality. After that, I was ready to go live.

I had a few close friends take a look at the site and they were also pleased with the results and the professional look of the site.

Very effective. Communication. Basecamp was very helpful and our zoom calls were also very helpful.

IT Geeks fulfilled every request I had. If there was something that could not be accomplished, they provided a detailed explanation.

No, I do not have any complaints about their services. They were responsive and completed all tasks I assigned to them.

We are a brick and mortar shop located in Seattle. We focus on selling Scandinavian and Japanese inspired home and body goods. I am the Digital Manager for Woodland Mod and I have been redoing their website.

I needed to code into my website a check box that was mandatory for checking out to ensure that our customers read our terms and conditions before proceeding so that we would not be liable if they broke one of our policies. I do not know coding well enough to do this myself.

IT Geeks had a large amount of 5-star ratings, and it was quick for me to pick them because they did not require an initial review of the online store before proceeding. They were ready to jump right in with a solution.

I described what I needed: a mandatory check box at cart check out that would not let you proceed with check out until selecting the box. Before, I was able to create the box but I could not figure out how to make it mandatory. They did this with ease.

It was great. This was a fairly simple project and they completed it quick and with no issues. It looks and functions how I desired.

Great! They sent check-ins when I was out of office and hadn't heard from me which I appreciated because it showed that they valued showing me good effort and communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The check ins and quick jump in to fix the problem without asking a million questions or needing to pre-evaluate the store as other experts were requiring. For something this simple, I appreciated their efficiency.

Our Shopify site was created about 10 years ago and had become outdated. We wanted to modernize the look and feel of our Shopify website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on Shopify's list of Shopify experts. They had great reviews. We asked them to do a few other smaller projects before and were happy with their work, so decided to have them do our Shopify redesign.

We connected with our Project Manager, Eva, who provided us with an overview of the project, and then we got into the first stage of the project, which was the homepage. We already had a basic framework of what we wanted our website to look like, but it was important for us to provide specific examples from websites we liked in order to get exactly what we wanted from the design process. Eva and her team did a great job of recreating the aspects of those other sites we liked, and made it specific to our brand and company. After the homepage, we moved on to the menu and product pages. After that, we got into the footer and other pages located in the footer of our website. Eva and her team did a great job making sure all aspects of our website were covered, and was very detail oriented in that regard.

We onboarded with Rahul originally, and then Eva became our Project Manager once the contract was signed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We just made our website live a couple of days ago, and so we don't have any specific metrics to share at this time, but I'm positive our customers will have a much more pleasant experience using this Shopify site because it is much more user-friendly, there are more sections to shop around, and it looks better.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was great -- there was constant communication throughout the whole process, and it was a fast process! When they say your project will be done in 45 days, they mean it. There was not a lot of waiting time in between communications to see action steps taken. It was always completed within 1-2 days, which was great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IT-Geeks was very prompt with all communications, and they actually seemed like they wanted to work on the project, which surprisingly is impressive because most companies just want to create the lead and forget about you. IT-Geeks was there every step of the way, they were quick, their design is a quality design we are happy about, and everything is working well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had to outsource our main image design on our website because we were looking for something different than what was provided, so that would be the only thing I can think of that could have been done better.

I am over all design and fulfillment of our online furniture boutique. We sell high-end furniture, all hand-picked by our owner who is a very successful interior designer in Las Vegas.

We had a few developers reach out and IT-Geeks provided the best pricing with the quickest and clearest response. We have worked with them since we started in 2020 and they have always been very communicative — something that is very important to me in choosing someone.

After explaining what I was looking for, I sent mockup designs and they got to work (giving me a timeline for completion). We went back and forth in perfecting what I was looking for, and they always took each note, made the edits, and then got back to me quickly.

We have worked with a couple people from IT-Geeks, but more recently, we've worked with Sarah who has been the main lead on completing the project. She is always kind and great at responding to me quickly!

We just finished the project, but we already seeing increased traffic thanks to these edits that are increasing our SEO presence.

Sarah is always kind in communicating and providing updates while they are working on the project/edits given. They always give me a timeline, but most of the time, they complete the project ahead of schedule.

They are extrememly kind and patient in making sure that I am happy with the finished product. If something comes up in between projects, they are always happy to help with any minor bugs or explain to me a quick fix. We have had a long-time working relationship, and I am super happy with their professionalism!

Occasionally, I have to repeat myself in asking for edits, but they always get it done so it's not a problem.

There were concerns from customers not being able to see what was out of stock, to filter to show only in stock items for a size, and to be able to stay on product page and have the pop out size chart. We wanted to fix these three issues.

I found IT Geeks a while back when I needed another project done. They did so well, I cam back for this one. I found them on shopify experts.

We wanted to grey out sizes that were out of stock on the PDP side. We wanted to show only in stock items when they select their size in the size filter. We wanted the size chart to pop out on the PDP side so they are not going back and forth looking between the two. They were quick, responded fast, did everything we had asked them to, and had a super quick turn a round time.

We worked with a project manager named Emma from IT Geeks the whole time and she was great.

We are super pleased with everything. Everything is working out well and it is all running great!

New launched website is working well. The project manager and their team responses really quick, and they work hard to achieve what we want.

It was difficult to get an immediate answer due to the time difference, but we tried to overcome this through zoom call meetings.

We hired IT-Geeks to address the following on our newly developed store website: Theme modification/customization issues that a previous web designer could not address and increase clarity resolution of header banner images, add Call to action buttons on the product pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on line and had worked with a webdesigner who could not deliver the customization we wanted for our website. We found IT-Geeks through Shopify support- they referred us to their expert website and IT-Geeks was selected for their professional team/project leader prompt response, reviews, past projects and their expertise, effective communication, understanding what needed to be accomplished and the cost estimate.

We had a phone call with the leader to kick off the project, he requested a shared screen video outlining all the changes we wanted on the website store and challenges we were facing. An email outlining what we needed addressed with the theme customization, things that needed to be addressed were sent with the video shared screen and was promptly followed by a response from the team leader stating they could address each issue. Images were sent and the team communicated effectively on a daily basis via email. The team leader was available by text as well. Excellent collaboration.

A project manager was our point of contact from the get go and I was able to speak with him and he introduced me/team to an E-Commerce expert who worked on the project with her team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

IT-Geeks delivered on time, they knew exactly what my team and I needed and quickly delivered, had effective communication keeping me abreast and all requested theme modifications and customization of my Shopify website until the project was completed.

IT-Geeks were excellent and timely in delivering the changes requested. Their communication tools are advanced, I learnt to how to effectively communicate with sharing a video screen of my website store. They utilized all communication avenues: phone, text, email, video. They were polite and courteous throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made our site more appealing to our customers and more professional and enhanced Call to Action buttons, added user demonstration images and made header banner images clearer. They offered to send a video in the event they could not deliver. There was a technicality after viewing the Mock up and after contacting them the changes were uploaded.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After completion of the project and payment it took a while to get a response and see the changes made on our website store. It would be nice if they had a system to follow up after a customer pays and fulfill the delivery by uploading the modifications to the customers website. It was done so my team and I are happy. Shopify support was also available to assist.

I sometimes hire developers if the workload gets to be too busy. This project was a custom Shopify website where the goal was to match the website to custom mock-ups that were already designed. I needed a pixel perfect match, and they delivered!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online for Shopify experts, and reached out to a few that had good reviews. The owner of this company reached out to me and was friendly - but did not pressure me. He showed me a number of past websites and assured me that the team was ready and able to do a pixel perfect match to my mockups.

I was introduced to a project manager (Amy) and we had a kick-off meeting to go over the mockups and answer any questions. I was able to explain the specific functionality that I wanted, and she was very patient. Then the team worked through each page and developed the website to my exact needs. I kept a running google sheet with any issues or bugs and they were all fixed and addressed with care and in a timely manner.

I worked with Amy, a project manager on the team. She was the main point of contact, and provided me with frequent updates (multiple times per week) anytime anything new was developed. She went the extra mile, sending me instructional videos on how to adjust settings anytime I had questions.

The site has been a huge hit with the clients and they absolutely love the new design. Although I don't have any specific metrics, I know they were very pleased with the end result.

Amy was very prompt at answering questions, and normally sent me an update email at least every other day. I really appreciated the high amount of communication she provided. The developers worked fast, and she was very on top of every detail.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is hard to find people who are technically proficient but also pay attention to complicated design details. They were very unique in this way. They matched the mockups perfectly and implemented a very difficult form functionality on one page.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were not. I thought the team did a great job and Amy in particular was amazing.
