Our primary goal was to facilitate the accurate placement of film industry equipment on a map. The app was designed to categorize different objects based on their indicated sizes relative to the map scale. We aimed to consider the sizes of the equipment, parking dates, and other nuances to achieve the most effective placement in the same territory. Streamlining this process was essential to save time and effort.

Key deliverables included:

1. An application that allows the placement of equipment or vehicles on a map with categorization.
2. Fixed map coordinates for objects with the functionality to move them when required.
3. Adaptive size conversion for objects based on user specifications of length and width, ensuring consistency with other objects on the map.

The project's idea was to implement an application allowing users to create high-quality live wallpapers in a certain style. The wallpapers should look like a jar with rocks inside. Users will get the ability to edit the jar and customize 
it as they wish. The overall goal was to deliver excellent graphics with like-real effects. The key point was implementing the functionality for wallpaper elements editing by the user. The user should have the possibility to:

• change the background,
• a dd their own pictures from the gallery,
• use the camera to add photos to the wallpaper instantly,
• add effects to images, set different positions, apply sound effects, add reminders that will appear on certain items, etc.

The project was devided into three main stages :

1. UX model
2. Basic functionality - including "live wallpaper features"
3. Full application functionality

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the inseption phase the exact deliveres for each of three stagies of project were defined in Product Design Spec, System Spec and Project Plan. Every 2 weeks the deliveres were approved against this documents In case any changes need to make it were reflected in mentioned documentation by our team. So the next 2-week delivers were clear to both companies

The RedMine web application was used to track the progress with CRs. For each 2-week itteration the number of RedMine CRs were open and progress were reflected by closing appropriate CRs so it gave transparency for both teams.

As I mentioned the project managment was performed mutually by one employee of "Human Way" and one from IT-Dimension. This allow to solve any issues in a fast and efficient manner. The majority of deliveres came on-time The responcivness to our requests was very high - any new features or complicated technical issues were estimated in a short time that allowed us good budgeting.
