We started with a relatively simple project: Created a web app from our Windows Server 2008 based enterprise API. If all went well, we would expand the project to include turning the web app into an iOS and Android app. Every think went well so we continued to give more of our experimental projects to IT-Dimensions for over a decade and continue to do so today.

From our very first project until our most recent ones, IT-Dimension has always done their best and always improved as their team has grown. Over a decade after our first project, their main offices had to shut down due to an armed invasion. Their health and safety were our primary concern, not the projects we were working on. Hours within a few days we were still seeing updates to GitHub repos. 

I've never seen a dedication to work at that level from any of our other partners. Ever. Dmitry and Volodymyr started IT-Dimensions while still in college. We actively seek to work with partners with similar DNA (more than one founder, with experience working together during college). Our theory has always been that teams that grow up together develop intangible assets that can't be replicated without that shared experience. 

The quality of work and professionalism we've experience with IT-Dimensions is an exemplary example of why this is important. We've seen them grow from a handful of developers to dozens. And because of their shared focus on customers and teamwork, the quality of their deliverables has grown as their team has scaled (which is not always the case with growing companies of any size).

So, we had to create a strong online presence (web page, with simple listing tool to advertise assets we offer); Another challenge was improving our internal performance, so we could deliver the best service to our clients. And it is only possible with the right CRM in the place where you can track the business performance.

However, from our experience, not many online-based software could cover our needs, so we had to develop our own system. This “Assets-Clients” CRM should collect all information about Assets, Clients; Schedule and measure work activity; Analyse business development for possible pivoting changes; Give general overview on a business performance. The main key deliverable is an accomplished result, which is the best KPI from the entire process. We’ve got the CRM, we’ve got an online presence, and the product was delivered to our satisfaction. What else can we ask for?

First of all, we get a desirable online presence, as the web development was implemented using SEO rules which helped us to get a client's reach. And secondly, the implemented CRM has improved work performance which is critical for any business.

deliver a customer management system deployed in AWS. The system also had to be portable, robust and "complia-ble" due to the nature of gaming industry and high regulatory standards. then also build the user facing parts to test out the performance. we delivered the platform in Java and 1 web based application for account management. 

In addition to this, we also delivered 2 of each, android and ios native apps that provide access to a variety of games and rewards.

They designed and developed an Augmented Reality marketplace, targeted to furnitures. They started with the R&D and after the AR features were created, they moved on to the development of the AR marketlace and the mobile app.
