Once the system was complete, the processes cut our manpower hours by over half in some cases with processing orders and shipments. Resources can now be allocated to other parts of the business.

After the initial scope and the project started; there was a daily meeting with the project manager, we would review updates, test, and make changes/updates where needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to make any changes needed speedily was unique and impressive. The system was build with custom PHP so there was great flexibility and as the project went on and changed from the initial scope the system allowed for changes and also extensions we have now added.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would not say there are areas of improvement needed.

We started a new company concept that would help us manage our work online, so we came up with a website idea that we wanted to develop.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iSyncEvolutions is assisting us in transferring our workflow to an online platform using PHP for our website’s development. It’s a big site, so we talk with iSyncEvolution at least once a day. I already had a version of this website in a different language. Still, when we hired them, they advised doing the website in a foreign language, so we went ahead and did the website from scratch. This new version is better, so there’s no question that they gave me the best advice. 

Regarding the process, I'm designing and giving them the ideas; I have my system set up on PowerPoint slides, so I create my designs there, and they follow the flow and improve things.

I work with two developers, two designers, and another person assisting as needed, so it's five people. There's also a financial person involved, but I only deal with them when I have to make a payment. I've also been in touch with their salesperson, who was helpful from the beginning.

I went to Freelancer.com looking for a web developer so that I could accomplish my goal with my website. I pitched my project to three other developers, but iSyncEvolution got my attention over the other three.

Comparing the website that I use right now to the one they’re building, it’s way better than what we had.

How did iSyncEvolution perform from a project management standpoint?

We have daily meetings with them. They’re also fast for problem-solving, which I liked from the beginning. That’s how I met with their salesperson, who helped me out quickly with a problem that I was having. I wanted that approach, and now, when issues arise, I reach out, and we deal with them — their management is awesome.

In addition, we get daily reports from them and have a system where we leave notes for each other. Regarding communication, we mostly talk through Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve tried out a lot of companies already, and so far, this is the one that has given me the best results. Communication is fast and reliable, they're quick as far as development., and they understand my project and by giving me the right solutions. When I approached other companies and asked for solutions, everything was impossible, which attracted me to iSyncEvolution.

In addition, they provide fast solutions and know their frameworks and programming languages. Their management understands the product, passing it on to their developers

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

They know what they’re doing, and their communication is good. Also, their management team gets involved with their clients, so I would advise others to try them because they’re a company you can trust and rely on.

We hired iSyncEvolution for developing a large real estate project. Although we have our own developers, we were looking for an external agency for the coding part, while keeping project management, conceptual design and strategies inhouse.

iSyncEvolution have advertised their services on a freelancer platform. After a few phone meetings, we decided to give them a try. Soon we found out that they are extremely talented and very reliable. After 8 weeks of working with them, we are sure that they can deliver what we were looking for, and that they are trustworthy even for large scale projects.

We had conversations with the project manager and one of the developers and discussed the project in detail. We already had an (internally developed) beta version of the project partially based on Wordpress, but now needed a complete rewrite from scratch. The developer and I agreed on using PHP's Laravel framework.

We are in contact with three people: Owner and project manager of the company and one of the developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is relatively easy to compare the quality of our previous beta version with the completely fresh version which iSyncEvolution has developed. At the moment the old beta and the remade version have a similar amount of features, but the old version needed more than 2 years of development time - the version from iSyncEvolution is now 5 months old and at least as good as the old version. The code quality of the new version is vastly superior and it is so much easier to implement new features.

iSyncEvolution adapted easily to the way how we like to work. We gave an initial briefing and discussed all questions via Skype and Google Meetings. Whenever something needed explanation, we just contacted each other with a short text and received a reply quickly. Timeliness was good — we received results when they were promised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The unqiue things about this company is that they are basically always online and their excellent scalability. Whenever we need more resources on the project, they can quickly adapt to it and assign additional staff.

We haven't run into any problems with them and are very happy with the results.

We had a unique concept for running auctions in Nigeria and needed help building it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iSyncEvolution developed the web and mobile versions of our platform. Their team also built a web admin portal.

The auction engine uses complex algorithms across all user interactions. Auctions work based on time segments, and users are charged differently based on when they come in.

The app was developed natively using Java. The web version was done in CodeIgniter. We’ve done three projects with them in total. The third was developing an educational app for the African market.

iSyncEvolution performed excellently. They were available even outside work hours. I got a response every time I pinged them, and there were no misunderstandings.

Their project management abilities are excellent, and they have extensive technical knowledge. They were able to deliver whatever we could conceive.

I was also impressed by their level of empathy in understanding what we needed and addressing the changes we asked for. I can’t remember a time when we asked for an adjustment and the team hesitated.
