We chose this vendor based on the recommendation of a colleague. After the interview, we decided to move forward based on the design and technical skills and price point.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there the team developed a wireframe of our site. After providing a few rounds of feedback, their team designed and developed a wordpress site. After several rounds of feedback and editing the team launched the site.

A project manager was our main point of contact. A web-developer and designer worked behind the scenes.

Our site launched in the beginning of August and we have received positive feedback from our current customers.

We had weekly meetings with the project manager, used figma, google sheets to work live on this project. Despite the 7 hour time difference, communication and emails were responded to quickly.

We were impressed with the clear process and format Inventiff used to take our ideas/vision/objectives and turn it into a clean well designed website.

Minor details regarding the design, such as spacing between margins and text boxes were not uniform through out the site. Inconsistent font sizes and responsiveness across devices devices could be improved.

The end customer was very please on the project results! They had good feedback from the market on this project in very short time.

We communicated on email 95% of the time and in a few occasions by phone for few details.

In my opinion their commitment to make customers happy and see the value in their services, also the reactiveness in communication and solving issues with efficient solutions.

We had some issues with bureaucracy at the beginning with the first projects, but everything sorted up after the first situations, then the next projects went smoothly!

A senior and a junior developer worked on our app, in addition, the managing director was always in touch with us, keeping us in the loop.

Together with Inventiff we were able to create a more user-friendly product. They brought improvements to our UX/UI, providing us with more than just their development service.

Given the fact that we had to adjust some of the features and designs along the way, communication with Inventiff was kept very casual, through messages and calls. Updates were given in an email thread. Due to Covid we only managed to meet in person once, but working completely remote with them was not a problem at all. Deadlines were promptly met.

Contracting Inventiff's services is like having a CTO on board. They get involved in the project and help shape the project, they do not just execute, but come up with improvements in all areas.

The time before signing the contract and really diving into the project could have been more structured.

They could improve their initial explanation for people that don't understand the technical implications. We had a struggle at the 1st meeting with the terms they used but we quickly got on the same page after we told them to make things simpler for us.
