Project management was smooth and professional. We worked in bi-weekly sprints with a shared Notion board that tracked all tasks, milestones, and dependencies. Internet Stars never missed a sprint delivery and often came to sprint reviews with options we hadn’t even thought of.

What stood out most was their responsiveness. When we had a mid-project change request—due to a new regulatory update—they turned it around quickly and re-prioritized their roadmap to keep everything on schedule. Their communication was clear, proactive, and always respectful of our internal constraints and timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Internet Stars has brought an uncommon blend of creativity and strategic thinking. Many agencies can build a pretty app, but this team thought deeply about what each screen needed to accomplish for our users. During a workshop, their UX lead suggested breaking our loan calculator into a two-step experience, based on their research that users felt overwhelmed with too much data up front. That small change significantly increased completion rates during testing.

On the marketing side, their understanding of mobile user behavior in fintech was razor-sharp. Their push notification strategy alone helped us dramatically reduce drop-offs during the application process. They clearly don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions; everything was customized to fit our brand and users.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Internet Stars could have done differently?

If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be more robust real-time analytics dashboards during campaign rollouts. While their monthly reporting was detailed and valuable, having a live view of performance would have helped us make mid-campaign pivots more quickly. That said, they were very receptive to the feedback, and I understand they’re already developing this feature for future clients.
