Insights Consulting handled the entire technical setup for our gaming platform. They developed a custom launcher with auto-updates and secure login, built a full website with registration, account management, donations, and payment integration, and configured our Lineage and other game servers from the ground up. Their deliverables included the launcher, website, payment systems, server configuration, databases, security setup, and overall performance optimization for a smooth player experience.

payment activity grew by around 30%, daily active users went up significantly, and server stability improved with fewer crashes. Overall engagement and platform performance noticeably increased.

Overall, the experience was very positive. The only area for improvement would be providing more detailed technical documentation for some parts of the system. Aside from that, everything was delivered smoothly and exceeded our expectations.

We saw immediate, measurable improvements after the launch. Player registrations increased by roughly 40%, payment volume grew by about 30%, and overall user engagement improved by nearly 50%. 
The platform became noticeably more stable and active compared to before.Players consistently reported smoother gameplay, faster updates through the new launcher, and fewer disconnects. We also saw a noticeable drop in support tickets related to login, patching, and payments, which clearly showed that stability and user experience had improved.
