Please describe your company and your position there.

We're a global provider of IoT-based Real-Time Location Solutions (RTLS) that range from high-precision BLE and UWB hardware beacons to enterprise-scale cloud-native analytics. Our location intelligence solutions accelerate digital transformation across business domains including retail, education, manufacturing, event management, O2O, facility operations and smart workspaces.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Innovature, and what were your goals?

We hired Innovature for a project that was designed for virtual events like conferences and webinars. They had to design the whole application, Development of the application, Test it and then deploy it to live servers. They also had to do the knowledge transfer and train our employees too.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We took the quote and SOW from various vendors across the globe, and Innovature stood a step ahead in almost all the criteria. They had expertise in building somewhat same solution before They were cost-effective The service quality promise They provide a wide range of services under one roof, starting with development, deployment, and monitoring. They also have modern technology like RPA, Bigdata Analytics etc. in their arsenal

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

This was an Event Management Platform, bringing real-life digital experience to your online, physical and hybrid events. It is an end-to-end event management platform to host events – including tech expos, exhibitions, trade conferences, business meetings and webinars. They provided the Design and wireframe for us to check and after approval, they started the design and they also helped us to deploy it to live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They provided us with a dedicated team of 16 developers and senior developers with experience ranging from 3 to 12 years. They were managed by a project manager and we also had a client relationship manager who was in touch with us regularly

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We thought there will be some glitches after the final delivery of the product, but to my surprise, there weren't any major ones.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The Innovature team was helpful in terms of sharing the progress with us and they worked in 100% sync with our team. They were available whenever we wanted and even on tight deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are people who give more importance to the quality of the product in the stipulated time. Despite implementing many changes along the way, they were able to deliver the product on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There isn't anything particular, that I can mention.
