The NFM Group has been present on the Polish market since 2002 and currently manages almost 4.5 thousand cars across the country. NFM was looking for a reliable IT partner which could design and implement a system supporting our sales of (among others) post-leasing cars. We wanted to make the system as functionally light and modern as possible so that our clients could experience pleasure of using it.

We did a market research and found out that INNOKREA’s service offering was very competitive and fit into our requirements. During our internal process of evaluation, we decided to hire them.

Our primary requirement was to have a modern and intuitive, well-designed web application for our sales process. We implemented an effective business process for sales. INNOKREA did the project 100% on time and on budget, and they remained exceptionally flexible with late changes in requirements.  My overall feedback is that they’re extremely professional, attentive and competent.

The team was using at most direct contact during the project’s realisation. They were able to provide us with high-quality solution with agility and they helped us achieve our goals, and launched our sales process. INNOKREA’s responsiveness is outstanding. Their engineers know what they're doing and they communicate very well. We investigated our Polish market to find an almost ready-to-go solution. Our expectation was to have a fancy, well-designed tool for employees of our key client. We interviewed a number of potential vendors and INNOKREA proposed the best proposal for us.

INNOKREA was responsible for the whole technical part of the project. They were co-operating with our project manager. They used React and Python/Django technologies for the project. The tool was integrated with external source of information about collected points by users and the integration allowed to update on a daily basis current value of the points.

INNOKREA’s work was co-ordinated on their side by their IT project manager. Within the team there were also fronted and backend developers. The project fluctuated between 4-6 team members.

Our additional expectation for the project, was also a deployment provided as soon as possible. INNOKREA created the tool in a very fast way. Users received a nice-designed application which was very intuitive and easy to use.

The key outcome is that, we were able to provide for production the mobile app on-time with expected features for our client. Our client gained a tool which allowed them to instal and program about 500 beacons in a very smooth way.

The co-operation was very professional. INNOKREA uses modern tools for their projects (Teams, JIRA, Slack, Confluence). Their internal processes were supporting the whole project. It really makes the difference. For the project, we had only 2 months and they handled it very good. They provided the working app with expected quality and on time.

If I had another project, I would directly start it with INNOKREA and not look for other providers. I'm really impressed with the support they gave us.

The main idea of the Cieplo.it portal is that a heating company receives access to a number of industry functions and specialist applications via a web browser. The platform generally consists of: o data analysis tools, o a number of applications dedicated to solving specific problems of the company, e.g. CRM system, field team management system, auction system, gamification application, investment project management tool, GIS, and others.

INNOKREA played the role of a solutions integrator in the project. They were responsible for the pilot implementation of the field brigade management system, under which: o an application environment installed in the Internet cloud was prepared, o user training was conducted, o locations of heat nodes were imported to the system, o the work of brigades was simulated.

We were looking for a solution on the market and after analysis we decided to use INNOKREA’s solution.

Both FEMAX and its customers appreciate KupTam as a solution distinguished by practicality and refined functionality, enabling, among others, intuitive and easy-to-use shopping and easy listing of items for sale.

The system implemented by INNOKREA is a “light”, intuitive, web browser-based tool that allows for effective work of our sellers in the field and office. The greatest advantage of the solution is the extraordinary usability (adjusted on the basis of many years of experience in sales management) and its availability from Internet browser for any mobile devices and desktops / laptops. Basic CRM modules / functionalities:

6. Reports Customer's information is a CRM module that allows you to add new clients to the system, view existing ones, search for clients and objects (eg. actions or notes).

On the client card, it is possible to preview history of any contacts with the client. In the "Actions and Notes" section, the user has access to all activities (eg phone calls, meetings) registered for a given client. Both scheduled and closed (performed) activities are displayed. In terms of planned activities - directly from the card, we can plan, for example, another phone call or a meeting. In the sales process it is possible to register in the system sales opportunities (leads), i.e. commercial activities related to a specific customer.

The "Contract records" tab presents the scope of information that can be stored in the system in the area of concluded agreements with clients (and annexes).

I’m the president and CEO of Roboapp. I’m responsible for the strategy and the technology in the company. Our company focuses on high-tech solutions for education. We provide solutions for teaching children math, physics, and technology using state-of-the-art education solutions like robotics and programming.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with INNOKREA?

The goal was to create a universal programming language that would enable children to program different types of robots based on popular robotics platforms like Mindstorms or OtherBots, for example. The problem was that there were no new solutions on the market that address such functionality, so we wanted to develop a solution that could cover different types of robotic platforms for children.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INNOKREA delivered a programing language and a frontend platform for the tool we’re developing to teach children robot programming. It is a web app that has a few limitations on some operating systems, in which users have to install software to control robots. 

To start, we gave them hardware and some documentation and they did some research as well. We were involved in the design and high-level management but they were responsible for testing, development, and all other tasks. 

What is the team composition?

During the meetings, I usually met with 3–5 people, but there could be more people involved in the process. They provide people to work on the front- and backend development and operating systems. There are also people responsible for specific technologies and a project manager. There is also a higher-level teammate who attends our meetings. 

How did you come to work with INNOKREA?

I had contacted INNOKREA before and I believed they were professional enough to deliver a good solution for us. We’re also from the same part of Poland, so we personally know some of their teammates. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019 and our collaboration is ongoing — they’re still providing support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m generally happy with their work. From a software development perspective, their work has been a success. Though I can’t say everything has had the best quality, they’ve generally delivered at a good level. In the beginning, we had some minor problems because the project was a challenge for them. However, after some small adjustments, we have been totally happy with their efforts. 

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we have a dramatically reduced number of lessons imparted with our platform. During the development, lots of problems happened but the platform is fully functional and all issues were removed. It’s all working properly right now and we haven’t experienced any major problems.

How did INNOKREA perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has been more or less on time. We had experienced some issues with the hardware but they stayed on schedule, as agreed. 

We had to modify our schedule during development but it wasn’t their fault — it was due to some discrepancies in our documentation and coding hardware. We were going deep with the integration of hardware platforms and sometimes the documentation wasn’t detailed enough. 

Overall, I have been quite happy with the project being on track. Our company uses Jira internally but with INNOKREA we communicate through emails and online meetings, with a few calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have been very reliable. Even when we’ve had issues, they’ve always been able to solve them and help us at any time. Even when we have problems that are our own fault, they help us out. On one occasion, we forgot about some functionality and realized very late that it was necessary and wasn’t in our agreement. INNOKREA was very helpful, included it in their work, and prepared it really fast — I was impressed by their willingness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I was happy with their service and, taking everything into account, I would work with them again. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a business success for us but that was mostly because of COVID-19 and other factors.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It is easy to work with them. They really want to help and provide a high level of service. It could be necessary to precisely deliver all the specifications as soon as possible so they understand the problem. They have sometimes lost some details on our project, but it has been our fault due to the specifications not being detailed enough.
