What challenge were you trying to address with Info-X?

We needed to gain end-to-end visibility across shipments, particularly for container movements, milestones, and exception management. We also wanted to improve data accuracy and reporting to make faster, more informed decisions for both operations and customer communication.Additionally, we wanted to streamline workflow automation to reduce manual touchpoints across booking, tracking, and status updates. We also wanted to enhance our customer experience by providing real-time updates and more transparent communication.Lastly, we wanted to build a more scalable infrastructure that could support growth across multiple trade lanes and service offerings (ocean, drayage, and inland).

What was the scope of their involvement?

Info-X has supported the technical build-out and operational alignment of our visibility and data infrastructure across supply chain activities. The team has integrated multiple data sources into a centralized platform, including carrier feeds, container tracking systems, and internal TMS inputs. This has ensured consistent, real-time data flow across ocean, drayage, and inland movements.

Moreover, Info-X has deployed a visibility solution that provides milestone tracking, exception alerts, and standardized shipment status updates. The team has also configured dashboards tailored to our operations team and customer-facing needs.

In addition, Info-X has helped automate key operational workflows such as tracking updates, reporting triggers, and exception management. The team has also built custom reporting tools that improve KPI tracking, shipment performance analysis, and internal decision-making.
