The project required a full understanding of a dynamic landing page experience for a very specific 1:1 campaign for a global enterprise software company.

The scope of work included taking a detailed brief and then building a wireframe based on the designs supplied. We also planned a UX flow throughout the site, considering various interactive experiences. 

The inclusion of unique interactions never seen before in landing page designs, together with accommodating multi-tenanted sites , allowing for multiple campaigns being live at any one time.

Every communication was exemplary. They were great to work with and advised where needed too - really showing how tech savvy they were but always able to phrase things for 'non-techy' people to easily understand.

There were quiet a few changes from our side which I'm sure will have been frustrating from Indie Ridge, but at no point was that ever felt - every need was accommodated for gladly and not even a hint of any extra charges, despite us making lots of changes to the original design.

Three members of their staff also joined on calls with the end client, and each one impressed every time.

The scope for the project grew rapidly partly due to the client expanding but also from the input and advice from the team at Indie Ridge and exploring how else they can help to make the project even better.

They took on comms for the project with my end client saving my agency time and energy which was invaluable as the project grew. 
They advised the best platform to use for the huge product section and included options for the end client to update this themselves if they decided to go that route later on meaning the website is more future proof than planned, I'm sure this approach will valuable.

Indie Ridge had to create from scratch how a concept for an app might work as an MVP.  This was based around the European football championships, so time was really at a minimum.  They excelleed with the brief, the communication, made fantastic suggestions to improve the game and made tweaks whilst the app was ongoing and being tested by a cohort of approx 70.

MVP ticked all of our requirements. On time, in budget and with payments etc integreated. Where an oversight on our part not Indie Ridges they rapidly ammended things too, and would go out there way to do this asap including on weekends adding in functions as we went along.

You wanted a rich and unique design but didn't want to have to sacrifice your website's performance. 
You also wanted an easier way to publish your thought leadership content while giving it a better chance of ranking with Google. The new website was to prominently feature PCB’s global presence, with interactive elements and dedicated sections highlighting your offices in London and Hong Kong. 
A special emphasis was to be placed on showcasing your multilingual team and expertise in the global property sector. The overall approach was to deliver a sleek, user-friendly design while accentuating PCB’s international expertise and market-leading services.

Indie Ridge built a secure app with NextJs that allowed the Melt team to login and select from a number of real-time demos to run. The demo consisted of entering a text prompt that connected to a model that Melt had built for that particular client and that was trained to return AI content back in their brand voice. 
The interface we built for them mimicked a chat interface, which was designed to give a fun and interactive way for Melt to showcase the power of their solution. Indie Ridge also built a Sanity.io-backed solution for Melt to create new demos on the website in real time and without technical expertise.

I’m the CEO and founder of a vintage jewelry platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indie Ridge?

We hired Indie Ridge to work on our advertising funnels.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Indie Ridge began by getting to know our business. As part of that, they were able to get insights on what would be an interesting offer for our clientele. In this project, they developed advertising funnels that were focused on the authentication of jewelry. The funnels were placed at the end of the booklet, and the published booklet could be downloaded by people.

For example, a potential customer wants to receive a booklet regarding vintage jewelry or receive a book containing information about authentication, we can offer them that. Once they download the booklet, our potential customers agree to receive information from us. Then, we send them emails for eight weeks which is basically a knowledge course on jewelry. The booklet is designed to show clients that we know our stuff and they can trust our business if they plan to buy or sell jewelry. From that, we get a series of qualified leads, and it’s our internal team’s job to convert them into sales.

They’ve quickly learned about our industry because they're detail-oriented. We currently have 256 leads and 31 customer shopping requests, so the engagement is really strong. We’ve also got a couple of sales that we need to close, but with jewelry, it really takes time. Overall, we’re confident that will be able to convert those sales in the future.

How did Indie Ridge perform from a project management standpoint?

Indie Ridge has an amazing project management process, and they’re always ahead of schedule. We use Jira, Confluence, and our internal ticketing system.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver and fulfill all of their promises, and they tell me everything.

No. They’re great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Follow up on the core inquiries they give you because they’re there for the taking. You’d be amazed at how many companies get leads and don’t follow up in a timely manner. It’s also the reason why Indie Ridge complimented our ticketing system because we see every single inquiry from our potential customers.

There were two main challenges: firstly to refresh the website so it looked current and cutting edge. Secondly, to build a new subscription portal, accessed via a paywall, that would house new insights, reports and data. Getting this right was crucial as the subscription portal was a new revenue stream for us. It needed to be user friendly and updatable by our team.

We had a series of planning meetings were we scoped out what the site and service would look like and what type of build we needed. Indie Ridge brought really constructive ideas to the table and helped us iterate the site - adapting their work as we developed a clearer picture of how the site would need to work.

The site was built on WordPress - which balances good design and UX with ease of updating and management - and features including a payment mechanism, the login functionality and a bespoke tool that pulled through the latest content from a number of types.

Our subscription service has taken off and is a huge part of the business. Our subscribers are able to navigate the site and find content without hassle and our team can update the site without complications.

Indie Ridge are personable, accessible and efficient. Communication was chiefly by phone and email but also included several face to face discussions and demos. The project was delivered ahead of time - allowing us loads of time to populate the subscriber site with content before it launched.

The quality of the work and one-to-one communication is key. For a team like ours that doesn't possess a wealth of IT or web development knowledge having someone deliver high quality work while also leaving you with the tools to manage it is quite something.
