The requirement was to create an internal system that would automatically track and update donation data in real time, including total amounts, averages, and largest donations. We also asked for a public dashboard to provide financial transparency.

In addition, we needed an administrative dashboard to manage project updates, financial reports, and content on the site. We asked for a subscription feature that would help us engage donors and volunteers via email.
