Our design journey started with a meeting that demonstrated the team's commitment to understanding our vision. They didn’t just listen to our preferences; they delved deep, asking detailed questions. Instead of confining themselves to our design department, they extended their reach to the entire team, crafting a survey that allowed everyone to contribute their thoughts and ideas. This inclusive approach made it feel like each team member had a hand in shaping the final design.

After completing this initial phase, they moved on to the design stage, following this approach:

- Presentation of concepts: They showed us five examples, each demonstrating a different approach to design.

- Uniqueness and alignment: Each concept had a unique style, yet all effectively highlighted our strengths, which was incredibly important to us.

- Selection: All the designs were so impressive that it was challenging to choose just one.

The best concepts and designs emerge at the intersection of diverse viewpoints.

The Incode team adapted to our requests for better transparency of the development process using Jira and after a bedding down period were able to deliver very effectively and in a timely manner.  They are always up for a challenge and will do what it takes to work together as a team to get a delivery over the line.

We were impressed by Incode's ability to think strategically about the future application architecture and taking the initiative to build in foundations for our strategic requirements now without over-engineering the solution. 

The entire Incode team has contributed to the robustness of our applicaiton by probing the requirements, anticipating problems and exceptions and catering for these in the solution and coming up with practical ways to implement business needs.  We have also  had very positive feedback on the mobile app that they delivered from many customers and prospects. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Incode Group could have done differently?

We have biweekly retrospectives to discuss what we loved, loathed, longed for and learned together with the Incode team, and we have all benefitted from these sessions to improve how the team is working together.  An area for improvement would be to come to the table with more Incode standard delivery processes and structure that we can all adopt from day 1 together.

Dashboards were established for both organization and team profiles, while a reusable popover widget was implemented to enhance user interaction. 
Concurrently, developers tackled existing bugs and ensured smooth deployment on Netlify. Also, they embarked on developing a sophisticated web marketing app using Next.js, Sanity, Groqd, TypeScript, and Tailwind. This endeavor encompassed the design and seamless integration of new reusable sections using Figma, alongside studio UI enhancements to display correct previews for complex documents and create a popover for previews. 
They prioritized website performance optimization throughout the process. Their support extended to a React Native application utilizing React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and Relay. The most challenging part was processes and architecture decision-making due to the complexity of the project. The company had unfortunate experiences before and knew exactly how strong a team should look alike and what problems they should solve in the first case.

To be fair all those features above and such a project overall require years of development and huge financial support and thanks to Incode Group's ideas and suggestions we got 2 extra multi-million fundraising rounds and expanded our team involved in this project realization to 100+ people. We have split the whole development team into 3 independent sub-teams within Incode Group of course, which helped us to speed up reaching final results and get maximum effort in the shortest time. 

Now we can proudly say that we own one of the best Dynamic Process Automation platforms, connecting NLP/Chat/Voice on messaging platforms like Slack, Skype, Alexa, Google Assistant, Voice, etc. to workflow automation tasks connected to - cloud apps (API driven), legacy apps (XML) and documents.

The development process consisted of setting up a user authentication and authorization system with a secure registration/login flow using OAuth and JWT strategies and JavaScript programming language.

Custom React components with charts were designed to load and display complex data that improved customers' experience and decision-making process. Multiple different user roles and relevant permissions have been tailored by relevant interface components built on top of React/TypeScript. All the work was done by the team at the highest level.

The team successfully created a robust Registration/Login system using React, tailoring it to accommodate various user roles. The result is a finely tuned, user-friendly platform that seamlessly marries functionality with a visually compelling user experience.

Incode Group helped us with the development and support of the entire software stack for our internal web application that specializes in customer support. As for the main features, we needed to develop and integrate a calendar with the ability to book a call with us in real-time, add an API for paying for our services, and implement the ability to register, create, and maintain a personal account for users.

We hired Incode Group to provide us with a consultation and design assessment for our company's website because all our designers were working on other projects. The team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current UI/UX design of the site, evaluated competitors' UI/UX strategies to determine the best practices in the industry, and made recommendations regarding UI/UX for our site. 

After evaluating the design, we aligned the UI/UX improvements with our overall business goals and objectives, and Incode Group provided recommendations on how to optimize the website to increase conversion and better tailor the UI/UX to the target audience. On the development side, the team developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the proposed design changes and created a visually appealing and cohesive design that matched the ArtJoker corporate identity.
