I don't know what they've done because I'm not tech savvy. All I know is we've paid several other companies 10's of thousands of dollars and no one has produced even HALF the results that Incline has produced already, and we've only just started a couple months ago.

We've never been able to break 100 new customers in 1 month, our first full month with incline we broke it, second month we broke it 3 weeks in.

They delivered everything early. Not one deadline has been missed so far. Everything we've asked for they've either fulfilled, or told us, "we don't do that because we haven't seen the ROI on it to be worth your money so we don't encourage it"

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The results. That's all we've ever cared about was #1 results #2 value/price. We are willing to pay a premium price for a premium outcome, but with Incline Marketing, we get premium results at a cost-effective rate.

As of right now, nothing comes to mind, something may change later, but right now everything is going perfectly.

I'm the owner of a 6-attorney law firm in Utah. We do criminal defense, family law, and appeals.

We hired them to update and optimize our website and manage our Google ads and other digital marketing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We compared them to other companies who offered the same services and it became clear that Incline offered what we saw as a more legitimate service for a competitive price, which we felt would give us the most value for our money. We have worked with many digital marketing companies in the past and the service offered by Incline seemed to avoid the shortcomings that we experienced with other services (i.e. initial website optimization with early gains, then very little ongoing work being done month to month).

They did everything necessary to create an updated and optimized website and set up new customized digital marketing campaigns. They did a good job learning our specific market to tailor our advertising to our particular budget, wants, and needs.

We interacted with 5-6 people at various stages, including programmers, graphic designers, and marketing specialists.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Significant increases in web traffic, calls, form submissions, and clients that we could directly attribute to SEO or ads managed by Incline. Enabled us to hire more attorneys and substantially increase our revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Much more interaction initially, which gradually decreases once initial setup was done. Now we do a monthly meeting with additional follow-up meetings or emails if additional issues pop up. Overall, I'd say an 8.5 - 9 out of 10.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They seem to have multiple people who have a specific knowledge of our needs as a company and a memory of the history of our campaigns. They will also proactively track our performance and let us know when they notice something unusual. We feel like this individualized attention has been a significant change from our previous SEO/SEM companies and we've seen better results as a consequence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every once in a while, I send an email that I have to follow up on.

I just needed someone to handle digital marketing and potentially build a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Incline Marketing started with managing our email campaigns and SEO. They’ve since been a consultant for all our digital marketing services, including Facebook Ads and website updates. Our corporate office has learned from them how Google and email campaigns work. Their team also suggests new ideas to build our marketing strategy.

What is the team composition?

I work with Drew (Founder/CMO) and CJ (Founder/CEO).

How did you come to work with Incline Marketing?

I found them through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend over $2,000 per month. I think that adds up to between $25,000–$50,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019. I’d want to bring in a full-time marketing manager down the road, but Incline Marketing isn’t going anywhere for the time being unless something drastically changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a Google Guaranteed rating because our business has close to 750 reviews on Google with a 4.9-star average. With email campaigns, it’s cost-efficient and gets a killer ROI. Our metrics change every time so it’s hard to sum it up. 

When COVID-19 hit our business, I was spending $16,000–$17,000 a month on marketing. I was able to turn a profit despite the revenue drop by stopping everything except for the work we did with Incline Marketing. I’ve always gotten the best ROI from my spend with Incline Marketing compared to anyone else. 

How did Incline Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very fast and work hard. They always hit timelines and can scale their team very fast. They’ve even flown down to visit me in person sometimes. I look forward to talking to Drew every week. He’ll suggest ideas for me and tell me when I should or shouldn’t do something. We have a trusting relationship as a result. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What makes Incline Marketing an incredible company is that they have integrity. They care about the outcomes and treat my business like their own. 

One time that really stood out to me was when I asked to do Google Ads during a slow time. They agreed, but within three days, CJ called me to say he shut it down because it wasn’t working. That’s how it should be in marketing. I can expect them to be transparent and honest, which is the primary value of what they do and why they’ll be successful.

They could do my radio purchasing and mailers as well!

I work for a carpet and hard surfaces care company. We offer an environmentally friendly and non-toxic carpet cleaning solution. I work with the Bay Area and San Diego branches.

We were struggling with marketing and SEO. The agencies that we were working with weren’t giving us results.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They managed PPC and SEO work for us. They started by taking charge of our Google account and revamping our website. After some time, they expanded to running ads on YouTube and Facebook. 

They’re now taking care of our email marketing and mailings. They’re using all mediums to connect with the customer. We’ve tried a number of different strategies with them. The team also does data retrieval, sifting, and filtering. 

How much have you invested in them?

We spend around $100,000 per year. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2018, and we’re still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before we started working with them, we were ranking in the 60s for search results in the Bay Area, and in the 40s for San Diego. Now, we’re consistently ranking within the top four search results. We started to see results pretty quickly with them as well. 

They’ve also provided us with a lot of data to help us figure out what our customers want. Now that we understand our customers more, it’s easier to market ourselves. 

When we started working with them, the cost per conversion was around $150. In 2019, the cost per conversion was $73.55 in San Diego and $58.70 in the Bay Area. We’ve reduced the cost of our ad spend as a result of shifting to more digital marketing. 

How did Incline Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate with them via phone and email. We also use video conferencing services like Skype and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When they want to try new strategies, they don’t charge us until they know that it works. They’ve built their business around the idea that they’re constantly changing to adapt to what Google wants to see. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

One thing I’ve discussed with them is their scaling. They do things well, but I was worried about them growing too quickly. However, they’ve done a great job overcoming that.
