I am the founder and CEO of a consumer app company. We are building an app that is meant to connect people according to specific parameters.

We researched a buch of vendors on upwork and fiverr and wanted to go with the folks who we thought were the most reliable and professional.

The project started off small and turned into a beast :) we designed the concept and the screens and then for 2 months worked with incept to implement everything. we had a daily check in where we would cover requirements for the day. we went through several iterations and changed course a couple of times.

Outcomes are phenomenal. I am so so happy we chose Incept. They are the most professional, responsive, and reliable team. They come up with creative solutions to problems and are real experts in what they do.

very effective. Daily check ins, ongoing communication about things that happen throughout the day. fantastic.

The people !! they are super professional and respectful and reliable which is so important I can't emphasize that enough.

We were looking to build out an MVP version of our platform after conducting initial user research and we wanted it built on a low-code/no-code platform to enable easy iteration and incorporation of feedback.

We searched online and knew specifically that we wanted this MVP version built on Bubble. We decided to select this vendor as his credentials and expertise were a great match in addition to the positive reviews.

We had an initial conversation to discuss the scope of work and I presented the screens that had been designed on Figma to be replicated in the MVP. As this project is slightly more technical with the inclusion of APIs and algorithms.

One person from the vendor's team worked with me and he is the manager.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the deliverables and it was exactly what we had asked for.

The vendor was very responsive and we mainly communicated daily using Whatsapp as our preferred channel and conducted video calls on Google Meet. He kept to timelines and always communicated any unintended delays ahead of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they went out of their way several times to help us make relevant changes and in addition, also gave advice/tips on API integration given as I'm not technical and therefore did not have that background knowledge. They went above and beyond to help integrate the APIs with the backend despite this being out of the job scope.

What stood out most about InceptMVP was their professionalism, consistency, and personal attention from their team especially Hassan and Irsa.

Hassan showed great leadership and technical understanding throughout the project. He made sure every milestone stayed on track and took time to clarify even the smallest details to ensure the product matched the vision. Irsa was equally impressive on the design and coordination side  extremely attentive, creative, and proactive in sharing updates and progress.

Together with Mohsin , they made the entire process feel smooth, structured, and genuinely collaborative. Their combination of clear communication, speed, and attention to detail made them a standout team to work with.

Overall, the experience with Incept MVP was very positive. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be to enhance communication around timelinesThat said, the team was responsive whenever feedback was given and always worked hard to implement revisions quickly.

The app was delivered soon, but bug fixing was a long process, where I think Incept MVP could grow in. I was somewhat surprised with the amount of bugs (technical and visual inconsistencies) that I had to point out. Considering the speed of development, this is excepted to some degree. But as the client I was not expecting to have to test purely technical features.
