I wanted to create and send a monthly newsletter as well ad a campaign for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These were the 3 big things I set my goal for, but was always just to busy to get to these projects and complete them consistently myself.

My results have been outstanding. I have been able to reduce my ad spend and increase my sales. Last month I had ROA's of 1.55 & 2.35 meaning we made double what we spent on Ads. How can you argue with those results?

It is so simple working with Them My Project Manager emails me 2 times a month after we had an established relationship. She sends me my results from last month on Ad spending and results along with what my email campaign has generated. Then I get another email in regards to the next month's email campaign ideas, outline, and suggestions. I chose what direction I wanted to go in and we are done.

It works very smoothly with just a little effort. They handle all the layouts and designs. Then they will submit a preview before distribution for my approval. They are very organized and fast!

What challenge were you trying to address with IMBD Agency?

We needed someone to develop a new website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IMBD Agency handled our web design and development efforts. They helped us with SEO, content development, copywriting, graphical interface work, landing-page designs, and more. Right now, about 80% of the website is complete. The remaining work is on my end. Once I finalize my part, they’ll make the platform live.

They built our online payment gateway as well as created my company’s logo and an advertising video. Their team is also managing our Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.

Initially, the contract was for six months. I’m planning to extend it for another six months and to have them provide website maintenance on a yearly basis. Outside of the contract, they provided extra work such as the video as well as blogging and vlogging efforts. We agreed on the additional amount I needed to pay for these services.

I worked with Shamim (Founder and CEO), a copywriter, photography editor, developer, and project manager.

I’ve invested about $2,000. They send me invoices through email, and I pay them through an online banking system.

We worked together from November 2019–March 2020.

I plan on launching the website in May. There’s nothing negative I can say about IMBD Agency. Overall, I received great service from them. I’m particularly impressed with the advertising video.

How did IMBD Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very supportive, professional, and efficient in every manner and aspect. IMBD Agency always responded quickly through WhatsApp, Skype, email, and phone. We held group presentations where they’d report on their progress. After about one and a half months, we had a group video discussion through Skype.

Their office and its location are very nice. Each individual worker has their own PC setup. Some of them have technological devices like a laptop or iPad as well. They recently moved their office to a posh area before the lockdown started.

I’ve had bad experiences in the last 2–3 years regarding my website. IMBD Agency has good pricing, and they don’t charge a lot. They know how to handle their clients as well as deliver on commitments in a professional way. They are far better than their competitors.
