I am the founder of Poznajdealera.pl - a marketplace that allows its users to compare and search for car dealers and services in Poland.

For what projects/services did your company hire iMakeable, and what were your goals?

We asked iMakeable for help with bug fixing of the app that was delivered by another company and further Full-Stack Development of new features. We had a list of over 100 minor and major bugs that needed to be fixed and new (killer) feature to be implemented from sketch.

We needed to fix the existing issues with our application ASAP in order to onboard its first users. The whole project was greatly delayed and iMakeable helped us with Django, Python and React development to minimize our time to market.

We have worked with 5 people from iMakeable – 2 Python Developers, UX/UI Designer, Project Manager, and their CEO directly as I actively took part in the project as a developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have managed to fix all the reported bugs and issues together. At this moment, our platform is used by over 20 car dealerships in Poland and number is growing.

We used Slack, Google Meet and ClickUp. I have communicated directly with their team on a daily basis. They were almost always available to answer any questions. regarding the code or the scope of work that has been done already.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Maybe not unique but big advantage was that we could directly run this project with iMakable hands without additional PM on their site + we were allowed to work beside with other things TODO.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

UX / UI Designer - the job was done, but we couldn't sync and flow on the same wave, unlike with the developers.

As a dermatologist I needed a website for e-consultations for my patients (https://e-dermatolog.pl). The patient was supposed to make an appointment and payment online. At the scheduled date the consultation was to be performed online via videochat.

The booking and payment system needed to be intuitive for me as well as for my patients, moreover it needed to be absolutely reliable. Furthermore, I needed support with the website.

I found out about iMakeable online. I decided to begin cooperation with iMakeable, because, contrary to other software company, they could show me straightaway reasonable and reliable solutions, the most important they provided as promised!

We discussed the project in a few very constructive videochat meetings. After all details have been agreed upon, an agreement on creation, implementation, maintenance and development of an IT system was made.

The overall cooperation was exemplary, by questions the iMakeable team was most helpful at any time. As a payment system was used Przelewy24, videochat took place via Google Meet.

The project manager was the first person with I could talk everything through. Furthermore there were 2 developers and a designer, with whom I could contact directly as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The patients find the booking/payment system very intuitive, they are very fond of it. Moreover, the system is very reliable. The patient/ client, as well as me, has the possibility to change the date of an appoinmet, cancel an appointment (automatic refund).

The patients after booking an appointment get per e-mail confirmation with a link for rescheduling, cancellation of an appoinment, as well as a link for videochat. The patients become further professional notifications of any sort concerning the dermatological e-visit.

The contact was first-class. I was able to get in touch with the team at any time. There were no delays. We could contact via videochat or phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were open-minded, ambitious, hard-working people who can offer the ideal solution for any given task.

Not really, I was highly satisfied with the professional iMakeable team!

After a series of discovery of our wants & needs, we have prepared the final project we wanted Imeakable to develop. The process was very well managed and the reponsiveness was super quick. UX design was well, and the designes were very creative. What is also important, the team was in a close contact even after we paid and they wanted to be deliver highest quality.

We worked with 6 people from the vendor. There were designers, UX, project managers and both CTO and CEO.

Very good webpage for the very good price. We are happy with the results.

The projects we usually work on are large in scale. As many of our clients come from the public sector and the contracts are obtain through the complex and lengthy tender procedure it’s sometimes difficult predict when the actual project will start. Thus, we might have end with many large-scale projects to be run simultaneously. This is when we need external support to meet the tight deadlines.

As GISPartner has been an active software developer for over 18 years, we know the local IT market. To support our project we need a competent in many software technologies and easily adapting to our needs. iMakeable was selected after a brief market analysis based on their experience, flexibility and “can-do” approach.

We outsource work on the projects based on the project scale, needs and the current allocation of our in-house development team. iMakeable substantially supported us in this project in both, front and backend tasks. As the project was complex, especially their expertise inTypeScript for frontend and Python for backend part was crucial.

We worked with three devs with flexible assignment to our project depending on our needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

iMakeable made an important contribution to our project. The result – on-time delivery for a complex GIS solution including integration with a large amount of data sources and a satisfied customer. This was possible thanks to their involvement and, this needs to be stress out, “can-do” approach. The quality of the delivered tasks were all more than satisfying.

We are very satisfied with the way iMakeable managed the tasked and the communication style. They were always available, with solutions ready and happy to adjust when needed. They also easily integrated into our internal communication procedures and tools. There were no major delays through the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m going to bring it one more time here – we were impressed that they are willing to find a satisfying solution for every single situation. Even if it was very unexpected, as a result of client’s approach. This allowed us to focus on the project progress and not procedural discussions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Occasionally, we had to help them with prioritizing the tasks to help us push the whole project forward, but this was not a major issue and they were very responsive.

We hired iMakeable to design and build a custom, secure and fully customizable platform that would aggregate games from dozens of providers and be compliant with the necessary regulations. We also asked them to assist us in the integration and hiring a development team in Poland.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

iMakeable met all our business goals by developing the platform, integrating it with game providers, and constructing a complex blockchain solution for finance management. This achievement provided us with the capability to independently develop the platform post-launch. Their strategy involved creating the MVP with a modular architecture, ensuring future customizability. After completing the development phase, they assisted in hiring a development team responsible for the platform's post-MVP development and maintenance.

They were able to adapt to changing technical requirements and comply with them without any issues. Their communication was clear, understandable, and transparent at all times. We felt that there were no problems with the software development part of our project.
