CannaTech is a global medical cannabis event. I am the marketing director at the company.

started with a well documented creative brief outlining our needs; surveyed competitors sites and sites of other events that we admired. Worked closely with Aviva to outline features we wanted and functionality made decisions based on time and financial constraints

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

great response from customers familiar with our site boss loved it the templated design makes us more agile for future events features are built in for photo galleries and video sharing Agenda pages were rebuilt ticket pages were rebuilt

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Aviva is an excellent project manager. We used Trello to share assets, design instructions and punch lists.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were available 24/6 and did everything they could to help the project along. She worked well with my team, her designer that she assigned us was very responsive.

Aviva helped me trouble shoot and figure out set up to make us more effective and ultimately independent. Kept costs under control and stayed very aware of my budget constraints. Quick turnaround time and always willing to do things better or differently according to our needs.
