Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Following their review of my documentation, the process started with a very detailed plan put together by the team. The team created a flow of the required pages and processes involved (allowing us to sense check that all was okay). This was very comforting - it showed they really understood the project. They were also able to identify missing steps in processes - which allowed us to remediate things early on.

Anything that needed fixing throughout the process were done so without any issues. We worked in an almost Agile method - with the team designing based on documentation, and adjustments being made based on feedback. We worked together through the design process, to completion. Given the great work that has been achieved, they have started working on the development phase of the project - which is going very well so far.
