I’m one of the owners of Netherlands’ leading IT software services company, handling the needs of large and mid-size enterprises. We have a highly cost-effective and flexible delivery model comprised of onsite, offsite, and offshore resources. We take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and deliver solid experience in project management.

For what projects/services did your company hire iGlobe IT Solutions?

Our company is growing and we have a backlog to clear, so we hired them to work on some CSS/HTML files and handle coding work for a few of our WordPress projects.

When we decided that we needed to hire someone, we searched online and got in touch with several companies. We chose iGlobe IT Solutions after evaluating their pricing, job history, and references from previous clients. Since they performed well on their first project, we've kept giving them more work.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They assist us with a number of website coding projects. Our team will do the design work and the layout, and iGlobe IT Solutions will convert it all into HTML. They'll also code special features, such as custom buttons, and work on a few CMS projects too. Sometimes, they'll suggest extra mechanisms we didn't even think of, which is remarkable and very supportive to us and our patrons.

We started working with them in early 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

iGlobe IT Solutions is the best IT outsourcing service provider; they’ve delivered high quality on time and within budget. When we contacted them initially, they gave us highly competitive offshore pricing. We’ve saved a lot of money working with them, which has helped increase our profits.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their communication process is great; we use email and Skype for chatting. They respond quickly to our questions or comments even though we're in different time zones, and they manage timelines well. They’ve also set up computerized messages to recognize us during off hours. Whenever we need to prioritize something, they deliver before the deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We deal with large amounts of data, and everything runs easily and loads quickly, which is important to us because we know coding isn’t always straightforward. We've worked with other vendors in the past and we'd see delays when the pages loaded or else they'd crash. We've found that iGlobe IT Solutions does a better job than their competitors.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

No. We're really happy with them and their pricing structure.

We wanted an attractive and eye-catching appearance for our new website to branch out to new clients.

Friends of ours referred iGlobe IT Solutions and said that they focus on customer satisfaction. We decided to test their services and we are satisfied with their work.

We defined the project scope and decided we wanted it to be highly user-friendly to the right audience, easy for that audience to find, and provide the necessary information.

Their team managed all aspects of design and development in building our new site. They also provided assistance leading up to the site’s launch.

We work with two project managers, two sales/marketing specialists, two graphic designers, and a team of developers that provide expertise in Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks, ASP.NET, C#, PHP, and QA.
