The scope of the project was to develop a new website (with a new design) and to build a new PCI-Compliant E-Commerce site integrated to CRM for efficiency around managing and processing orders. The website features a robust product comparison tool and a faceted search for an overall better user experience for narrowing a product. 

Furthermore, the new E-Commerce site can filter Service Parts based on equipment model number and Serial Number to ensure product compatibility. The website is also translated into 4 different languages.

Increased organic traffic by over 20% in 3 months post launch. Increased Service Parts & Accessory sales by over 35%. Bounce rate was reduced by 28%.
