We required assistance to complete a number of projects when our team was all hands on deck delivering other targets. The role of IFlair was to plugin and execute a number of pending tasks for various clients.

The project management from IFlair was excellent, we were constantly updated on progress, when it came to delivery of the tasks, they were always on time and sometimes also delivered ahead of schedule. They took the time to understand the task at hand, communicated back the course of action to be taken, and always kept an open channel on skype.

No matter the size of the task, they where always happy to assist. Primarily that they are efficient and on the ball helps a lot, especially when one is multitasking on various projects, one doesn't need to hand hold along the entire project.

We had serious issues building out the application UX and UI internally, and put out an announcement that we were looking for partners for this effort. We evaluated over 10 possible vendors for this projects and iFlair were the ones that resonated best with the scope of our requirements as well as having the easiest and most convenient process for an initial onboarding.

Their outreach was compelling, they had good enough reviews that we decided they were worth interviewing, and during the interview process we felt they understood the scope of what we are trying to build, a feeling we did not share with most of the other companies we interviewed. Their pricing model fit into what we could afford, and their ability to offer a quick trial package, even if it was paid, was compelling enough based on the initial interaction that we decided it was worth it to see if the initial impression was correct.

They designed the user experience flows and layout based on detailed conversations and evaluations of the project's mission and objectives, and integrated the assets we were able to supply. They picked up on the existing stack and codebase and extended it based on our feedback and ongoing development strategy, and we are currently working together on bringing our MVP to fruition based on business objectives.

The project itself leverages WordPress as the site front-end, with a Laravel application backend, a deployment model based on Ansible playbooks and multiple API integrations into the rest of the business stack.

The key deliverables are:

• application back-end, including: search and filtering, support & ticketing systems, billing systems, project management features, integrations
• website front-end

We were able to obtain the necessary UI designs and UX flows within the first 3 months, and made significant process on the application frontend and back-end. We still have much to do.

The communication style is very hands-on and high-touch, with very frequent communication and proactive in soliciting feedback and providing reports. They easily adopted our communications stack of Asana/Slack.

Not only do we have access to the management and technical team directly, we also have direct access to the executive staff, who directly evaluated our project in terms of market opportunity and impact. This allowed us to gain extensive insight into the product value and market impact that would otherwise elude us.

I struggle to think of any shortcomings, considering all aspects of communications, management, deliverables is handled excellently. I have personally visited iFlair offices in Ahmedabad and have been treated excellently by all levels of staff.

We work with iFlair on array of different solutions, from Wordpress sites to React applications. They handle big projects and smaller tasks/changes very professionally. We're able to discuss the solutions before implementation whilst also including them in our project pipelines and management tools, such as Jira. So they're practically part of the team.

We communicate with various people for specific tasks which makes the whole process run smoothly. We work with 2 client managers, which are always very helpful when new needs arise. We have a dedicated project manager and other developers working in the background.

Since partnering with iFlair we have managed to keep better track of project timelines and meeting up with deadlines. Overall, we've managed to increase our service output without the need to recruit internally.

Whenever miscommunication came up, they were very quick to resolve any problems whilst also offering a fair compensation. As soon as we had a good structure between us, operation has been very smooth running.
