I’m the founder of a consulting company that works in sales and marketing for luxury five-star hotels and real estate.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ideas?

We sell residences in Switzerland for national and international owners. They’re the client of one of my clients, so we work indirectly with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ideas help us market residences. We initially discussed with the owners which countries we wanted to cover and how we would do it. They do some digital marketing, predominantly on Google, and social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The initial strategy was developed with the client, and we’ve fine-tuned it throughout the process. We just launched a new website and did new brochures and fliers for printed materials. Also, we’ve done ads with them on top of the digital efforts.

We work with two people, including a project manager.

How did you come to work with Ideas?

They were already chosen by the project’s owners.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They share all the figures, so we can clearly see the sales funnel's development. Moreover, it’s really nice to work with them. They’re fast, professional, and open to what we bring into the engagement. Other agencies only do what they think is good; they aren’t open to the client’s wishes.

How did Ideas perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very professional and quick; they always meet the deadlines. If we want to do something, they do it immediately. Also, they’re very attentive and open to suggestions.

We communicate daily and share documents on Google. We mainly use email, but we also have a biweekly call where we share everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re outstandingly professional. I’ve worked with many agencies in the past, and they’re one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re on a great track.

Be in contact regularly and bring your own ideas.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Project Manager in the hospitality investment fund responsible for the apartments sales in Switzerland in one of our hospitality project. Also I am responsible for the budget and cash flow planning.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ideas , and what were your goals?

We were reconsidering the sales stratagey for the Residences. The goal was to improve the visibility of the product, to increase the number of quality leads generated by the digital channels and increase the sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been searching for the digital agencies through our network and shortlisted three companies. After the intense interviewing process we have decided in favor of the Company. The decision towards IDEAS was taken due to the 360 grades approach, strategic thinking and modern flexible approach. Also personal efficient and motivating interaction with the head of the company was much appreciated.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Firstly, we wnet through the research stage where they oudited the sales strategy and tools/ marketing materials we already used. Then, we reviewed the target buyer portrait and they have developed the digital strategy to reach the target buyer efficiently. This strategy was focused on 2 different groups with tailored email templates for each stage of the process.

They have integrated the Amo CRM system where we have automated system of the tracking the interaction between the potential buyer and sales managers. They have implemented monthly newsletters through the MailChimp, IP-telephone for the leads calls also through the CRM or whats up, chatbot. All the marketing materials were replaced according to the strategy, we have implemented new website with clear call for action. All accounts in social media were redesigned according to the new brand strategy. Regular daily posting is ongoing.

We have been working with the project director, CEO, IT technical specialist and content makers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have increased the quantity а leads significantly (currently we ) Four apartments sales were executed. We have working system for leads generation and implemented also the special tailored campaign for brokers. We have now the centralised system of project documents in the shared directory which is easy to use for managers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings with the team and also dayly catch ups if required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The 360 Grades approach, the strategic thinking, fast and good quality service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have look for the more experiences native English speaking manager, it will be also helpful for business expansion

For what projects/services did your company hire Ideas , and what were your goals?

I was looking for a vendor with a good ROAS who could fine-tune targeted ads. I settled on IDEAS because they were active and involved. The task was to make visible the revenues that each tool generates and to suggest other tools designed to bring more returns.

Ideas nailed it. Later on, they got involved in content production, brainstorming, and PR. After some time, Ideas became responsible for almost all of our digital marketing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Involvement I had worked with them on another project. Clear results in a form of a ratio between investments and returns.

In 2018, we took the Ideas team aboard. They made an audit and got back to us with relevant tools. In 2019, we launched a new season of the show together. We were anxious as any reboot can be risky. That time, we achieved our yearly revenue target.

In 2020, when the pandemic broke out, the sales dwindled, and the project was put on hold for several months. I decided to scale the project, launch two new shows, and make the theater a repertory one. Ideas were to build these shows’ brands (production, creative ideas), start the campaigns, and sell the tickets out.

Ideas achieved the KPI goal. In 2021, Ideas helped us double the project revenues. The repertory theater gained success. In January 2022, the project was closed. It might reopen at a new stage in November 2022, though this is only a plan so far.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

At different times, there were 4 to 8 people working on our tasks. They included an account manager, a marketer, specialists in targeted and contextual ads, a production team (3 to 4 people), and a PR specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been selling out tickets for four years while collaborating with Ideas. Ideas always reported on ROMI providing data on the return on our investments. That worked for us.

Highly effective, we worked together for four years.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We as the client and Ideas as the vendor were a dream team. You don't see things like this often.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they missed deadlines. I would recommend that they work on time management.
