We had an event and rountable with key figures from different businesses from across the UK. We needed to capture what happened during the day, and interview key figures from the event, to provide context and key information for what happened during the day.

They key outcomes of the day were to highlight what happened during the event, capture the key talking points from the agenda, and interview key attendees who could record sound-bites which added context and clarity to the event, to share across digital platforms after the event.

The event could also become a case study for future events, so it was important we could capture the day on video, to showcase how these events could be run in the future.

Their communication was clear throughout and leading up to the event. Two of their teams members attended the event, and were friendly, considerate and very diligent in how they went about their duties. 

They were extremely professional and provided clear communication for how they would conduct their duties - and worked professsionally in the background.

There were naturally many sub-deliverables involved here, which Ideal Insight help guide us through, including overall project management, ideation, location scouting, casting,  on-the-day directing, logistics for cast and crew, prop management, editing, and sound engineering.

• Project plan for detailing timelines and expectations from all parties (and hitting these)
• Clarity on what the day plan was for the shoot to ensure effective coordination between the various contributors on the day (both location moving and direction)
• A visual board that broke down the play by play where we could convert our ideation and script, into a visual representation before going into shoot - so expectation setting was clear 
• Advise through experience - being able to advise on where others have made mistakes and offer improvements and collaboration as the experts in the room
• Value for money - George and team delivered effectively within the costs agreed from the outset
• Final asset - within minimal edintign rounds, we reached delivery of a high value asset we can use to promote the rebrand

The content has only just gone live so we are yet to recieve any measurable data however our senior staff members were very pleased with the video content and the professionalism from Ideal Insight throughout the process.

Yes, all content was recieved on time which was a big ask as it was a tight scedule but Ideal Insight put all efforts into getting it back to us ready for our campaign date. Nick & Sonor were especially helpful throughout the process and always very quick with responses and great to work with.

The project managment was brilliant, Nick was super responsive and also chased us up when needed which is really helpful when you are very busy and emails can get missed. I was also very impressed with the turnaround time of the content being recieved as it was a lot to edit in a short space of time - working with Ideal Insight to edit the videos was also really easy which i have found difficult in the past with other video editing companies. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ideal Insight could have done differently?

The only area of improvment I would suggest would be to have visual moodboards on set for photography for the models to use for references and to allow more time for photography.

We aimed to create an animated video to introduce our SaaS platform, focusing on clearly communicating its features and value. Given the complexity of explaining this type of platform, we knew it would be a challenging project. However, the team's expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.

Throughout the project, the team’s quality and responsiveness were exceptional. Our project manager was friendly and attentive, ensuring smooth collaboration and prompt feedback at each stage. They carefully addressed all our feedback and revision requests with precision, working to incorporate every detail.

In the end, we were highly satisfied with the result. The animated video successfully captured the essence of our platform in an engaging, accessible way that met our expectations. A short film interviewing key players about the initial rescue of The Stag from bankruptcy in 2008, its gradual recovery to commercial success over the following years only to be interrupted by pandemic lockdown, Subsequently the path out of that set back and looking forward to commercial and community recovery post-pandemic. 
Key deliverables are a 17' film whcih allowed The Stag and its sponsor Manak Solicitors to tell the ongoing story of The Stag's path since 2009. We will also use shorter clips in our cinema ad-reel sequence before mainstream films and in our in-house ad-screens.

A lot of factors that were out of their control affected the timely delivery of this project, however, looking back the delivery of this project was very tightly planned from the start considering the complexity of the project and considering their team's being on leave during that time.
