We came to them with a vision of a massive project that completely transforms the way music is taught at schools and a fixed budget for developing the MVP of that app. Firstly, we needed to come up with a vision for MVP. After we had agreed on the vision, we had only 2 months left to deliver the MVP.
We got to work and in the end, we delivered the MVP within both the set deadline and budget. In the end, we have established a long-term partnership. We help Melodize with the long-term development of the iOS and Android app and assist in the negotiation process with investors and strategic partners.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Many parts of the project are still in progress, but the benefits are already becoming clear. Previously, many processes were handled manually, often duplicated, and a lot of important information existed only in one person’s knowledge. Through the development of internal software, we are gradually organizing and digitalizing these processes.While it is still early to present precise numbers, we can already estimate that our sales team will save at least 50% of their time thanks to the new system. The software will also save significant time for our office team responsible for orders and invoicing. Overall, the system helps us keep better control of projects, avoid last-minute chaos, and manage our work in a much more structured way.For the IDEACT team, the word “impossible” practically doesn’t exist. They approach every idea with an open mind and always look for a way to turn it into a working solution. I have complete trust in the IDEACT team and their ability to turn ideas into functional tools that truly improve how our company works. On a personal level, communicating with them is always inspiring and energizing.
How did IDEACT perform from a project management standpoint?
IDEACT’s project management has been very positive. Communication is open, and we regularly discuss new ideas and requirements that appear during the development of the system.Since this is custom internal software, the project naturally evolves as we discover new needs within the company. IDEACT has been very flexible in adapting to these changes and always focuses on finding the best solution.Overall, the collaboration runs smoothly, and the project continues to move forward according to our plans.

What impresses me most about IDEACT is their practical way of thinking and their ability to find solutions where other companies might say something is not possible. For the IDEACT team, the word “impossible” almost doesn’t exist.They are able to listen to ideas and turn them into functional tools that have a real impact on how the company operates. I also really appreciate their open communication and collaborative approach.

I don’t have any major criticisms. The project is quite complex and naturally evolves as we discover new needs within the company.
