We started our cooperation with consulting sessions around the formation of the company. They helped us to choose the country to register our business and propose options for the company type we can move forward.

Once the company was duly registered they prepared all important documentation for the software development business, including confidential agreements, master service agreements, etc. At the moment, we are partnering on matters of company good standing, government-related reporting, intellectual property law, data privacy and security law, and other daily routine topics.

I would say that with their help we managed to open the company and build a great reputation around it. Through the course of our cooperation, we always keep the company on track with the latest updates around data privacy and intellectual property, which is highly important in our niche.

To make a long story short, they become our legal shield for anything that modern company-building software can potentially face.
