The team is responsive and creative. Sometimes we would ask for specific things; other times we only told them what the problem was and asked for their help finding solutions. They asked the right questions, and came back with ideas. They have an excellent understanding of the complexities of our platform. We've been working iComm Studios for several years and plan to continue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been most impressed with their ability to understand and service our platform without having visited our business itself (it's on the other side of the country). Makerspaces do a lot of different things - offer workshops, manage memberships, sell consumables, and reserve time on equipment. 
No single product can do it all, so we've cobbled together a platform that includes around thirty plug-ins. This company is able facilitate communication between all these components and keep it running smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iComm Studios could have done differently?

Not at all, I'm very happy with the work that they do.
