I’m an executive at an online clothes shop in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with i-HiddenTAlent?
We wanted to build an e-commerce site for our business.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I initially wanted to build the site in WordPress, but i-HiddenTAlent advised me on how to make a better website. They ended up developing the site in React and Node.js. For the design, they provided the wireframes and later sent screenshots of other sites to show me how mine would look.
i-HiddenTAlent also consulted me on SEO, built the backend platform to modify product listings, and integrated a payment management service.
One of the features of the site is that users can upload photos of their faces and see how they'd look in our different clothes.
What is the team composition?
There were 5–6 people assigned to my project, including two designers and one developer. Asrar (CEO) is my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with i-HiddenTAlent?
I found them on Upwork. I chose them because their proposal fit my budget, and they provided me a lot of documentation in the beginning.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $10,000–$12,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2021, and the project is about to finish. We’re launching the website in 1–2 days.

The site stands out from other e-commerce stores. I’m happy with the results.

They deliver everything within the deadlines, and the management is good — they’re always ready to make changes for us.i-HiddenTAlent handles an amiable environment, and it feels like I’m working with friends. In terms of communication, we mainly use Skype.

I don’t have much experience in the tech area, but I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
