They work very hard and don't argue or complain. If they disagree with an implementation, the group offers their opinions and proposed changed, but always allow the business stake holders the ultimate say on what drives the technology.

For smaller groups, their insight is highly valuable and they are always willing to provide best practices and offer innovative solutations. They anticipate tech gaps and work to bridge them. The team also balances "perfect states" with "business realities" and understand that reconfiguring everything is not always an option and that sometimes it is best to work with the existing infrastructure and improve what they can due to business demands (budget, time, company objectives). This is unique in the development space and exceptionally uncommon for consultants, where the incentive is normally to change everything and bloat expenses and timelines.

1. Background and Context: GrowerInTheLoop is a service tailored for the cannabis industry, focusing on cannabis cultivation facilities and growers. The primary audience includes Master Growers, cultivation staff, operations managers, and cultivation facility owners. The service offers a maturity model report to attract customers, aiming to evolve into a platform offering online services, software, and training materials. A critical component of this service is the development of a customer portal. Additional information about GrowerInTheLoop can be found at GrowerInTheLoop.com.
2. Business Requirements for Customer Portal:
   1.  Authentication and Account Management: Clients must be able to register and sign in using their company email, name, and company name. Initial sign-in must be straightforward but must incorporate multi-factor authentication. Clients should have self-service capabilities for password changes and account updates. Clients must have the option to delete their account, which will remove the account from the identity provider (likely Azure Active Directory) without deleting internal information captured in the portal. 
   2. Account Settings and Information Accessibility: Each client account should include complete contact information. The portal should provide two tiers of information: Free services, products, and information accessible to all members. Exclusive content and services for individual clients. Create a non-functional but clickable app prototype for our wearable device. Not only is this app prototype our starting point for our app, we use this app prototype to show to investors and customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Honeycomb Software created several UX flows in the clickable app prototype. Honeycomb Software had very good communication: we agreed on regular meetings to review and direct progress, we agreed on what communication channels we'd use (we chose Slack, comments in Figma, regular virtual meetings, and to a lesser degree email). 

Their questions were clear, and they immediately understood what we wanted technically as well as timeline and budget. I very much appreciated Honeycomb Software's great insight and advice on how to create the right user experience. They created a high quality, professional app prototype for Android and iOS.

Honeycomb Software delivered everything on time. They the nail on the head with planning, cost control, and communication. They were sensitive to my budget and we worked together to align that with the scope of work. It worked out great.

Collaborating with Honeycomb Software we are building up a whole management system for the commercial real estate industry. A management tool that is easy to use and produces relevant data for the various functions required for effective property management. 

It allows you to get an overview of rental income, vacancy, expiration profile, financing, and valuations, run sensitivity and cash flow analyses, be reminded of events in your contracts, communicate efficiently with tenants and create reports with your key KPIs. To remain competitive in the market, it's essential to enhance the product by integrating new features and advanced analytics that align with evolving business dynamics and cater to customer demands.
