Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Hair of Istanbul Health Corp. We are operating hair transplant surgeries in our company and serve globally.

For what projects/services did your company hire Heraklet Software Solutions, and what were your goals?

Our schedule making system was on excel, that was sucks. We were registering customers through paper forms which brings chaos to storage and find when they needed.

There are some other plenty of works such as employee communication and alerts, we were managing it through whatsapp. Heraklet bring us a brand new software, which we can handle the schedule settlement through the software, when its published, it automatically sends an alert and set up the new alerts for each employees for their dedicated business.

We are registering the new customers to the program, when we search with name its easily finding. Heraklet, created us a business value, time saving software application.

How did you select Heraklet Software Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

We select them based on their reference and background. They have done business oriented software development jobs before, that was remarkably eye-catching reason to select the Heraklet. Before this project they also build our online branding.

They were really good at search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media management. Their team of engineers, designers and SEO analyst are dedicated professionals who are obeying the dues.

The project is a web based but works also integrated with customer registration form mobile application. First they build the schedule system. Second they build mobile application. Third and last they build alert system.

There are 2 software developer 1 business analyst worked from Heraklet, and 3 of our employees accompanied from Hair of Istanbul.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Previously, 3 people were preparing daily schedule in 4 hours, one of our 10square feet room filled by registration forms, and it takes very long to control 100 employees. Heraklet created a software, reduced all the efforts we spend, and we earn a lot of time to focus on our business.

As a company owner, I contacted them in person, on email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication channels are 7/24 open, whenever I call, urgent or not, I reach them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have different kind of expertise like Search Engine Marketing, Network Security, GDPR technical adaptation, custom software development.

We needed custom demand/supply system for our Order Management Department, professional web site and social media accounts.

What were your goals for this project?

First we want them to understand our working procedures, suppliers, vendor types and create and demonstration about what they can show us. They came to our factory and administration offices, we explained our work and next time they come, they show a demo of custom program. We appreciate it and they developed and integrated the software to our work flow.

How did you select this vendor?

I've seen their some of works in Hair of Istanbul Hair Health Hospital, actually I impressed their ability to create software for demand and order management. Then I want them to create a custom software also for my company and they succeed.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

they provide a web and mobile application that works over an intranet. In our factory they integrate barcode scanners, and I am able to check where are specific customer's products, and when it will be finishes.

If there is an urgent material needs there is an alert come up and inform responsible employee. I can get know when the order created and what is the status, by searching it with order number. these are just a couple of tools that they have created.

What was the team composition?

There was an Engineer who has directing the project, and there were 6 other developer works with a business intelligence analyst. Team members are not change during and after the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My order management team was not able to answer and supply all the needs even I hire more professionals. Right know my order managements population decreased %30 and all of my orders are supplied in the mean time. Thats called efficiency.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They planned the software in the beginning, considering our needs, and that plan has include very minor details and nice tools that we havent request it but they did it. After they deliver the project we understand those tools like "Email Bot" etc very helpful. Generally I can say that they know how to plan the software projects.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were always punctual and their help desk responds to everything very fast.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We planned our CRM system development in two phase. They delivered all these project. Right now we just want to get use to this system. We are not planning an improvement yet.
