FCMs are about file control & management, the main goal for FCMs is about controlling SOP document generation in order to train and implement actions and plans, each SOP should be created under a predefined process & workflow with eSignature for each member, also after creating the SOP the system will manage the change on that SOP, finally any SOP in the system will have a story and history, and will not apply until the focused staff got training on it

in general, nothing is fit for 100%, yes they have some missing, but I guess they will handle it, I suggest collecting client's wishes
